The ceviche came with blue corn tortadas and was very fresh and citrusy, with the lime really shining through while still balancing nicely with the other flavors. It was my first time seeing ceviche with carrots and corn, it also had cucumber and red onion, and it worked really well. The guacamole was simple and classic. A good portion, lightly seasoned with salt accompanied by warm blue corn tortillas, and honestly, what else do you really need from a traditional guacamole? The tuna tostada callejera was the star of the show. The flavors were bright and fresh, with morita mayo, a generous amount of avocado, and crispy leeks that brought everything together into such a delicious combination. They also brought out chips made from toasted blue and regular corn tortillas with two salsas. The salsa macha was flavorful and had a good amount of spice. The tomatillo salsa tasted more citrusy and salty to me than spicy. It was not bad, just not really my preference. The blue exterior makes the building hard to miss, and the inside is quite lovely, a Modern Mexican aesthetic. There is plenty of seating at the bar and at tables both inside and outside, although of course I chose inside because of the AC. Service was fast and efficient. Shoutout to Amador, who patiently explained to my incredulous self that the dishes on the "Mordidas & Probaditas" side of the menu were half off because of the time I walked in. We were still looking over the menu so asked for a minute... 15 mins later she returns to rudely take our order, "What do you want." We order then asked for more chips and she said ok. After 12 mins of waiting for chips I went to the front to tell a guy that our service was terrible as the server disappeared. He asked another server to take us chips, which came out promptly. Maybe 5 mins later the first plate of food is brought out. Seven mins later 2 more plates of food are brought out. The server asks if everything looks good and I ask about my plate, she looks at me like i was crazy for asking for food at a restaurant then asks what I ordered. I look at her amazed that she didn't realize an entire plate of food is missing. She checks her pad and disappears for over 10 minutes. Another person brings out the plate. It took over 30 minutes for my food to come out!!! Which tells me she forgot to put in my food order. We were never checked on and had to go up and ask for utensils, condiments, straws, etc... I thought of complaining again but the front desk didn't care the first time I complained to correct the server's apathetic attitude.
