The store's mobility scooters are placed near the closed doors, making them inaccessible. When asked, employees claimed there are no charging stations near the open entrance, but that is false--other H-E-B locations have charging stations outside, and this store could do the same. Additionally, shopping carts are blocking the sidewalk leading to the closed entrance, creating a major hazard. As a legally blind individual, I am forced to navigate around them, risking injury or even being hit by a car. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. H-E-B must make this location fully accessible to all customers, just as the law requires
