I decided to order their gyoza as my appetizer & Aji Tonkotsu as my entree. Wow, their gyoza was freaking amazing, the outside had a very nice crunch & the meat inside was so moist & flavorful. My Tonkotsu was sensational, broth was clean & well seasoned. The chashu just melted in my mouth & the egg was made how I like it, which is runny. I stumbled across this ramen shop two weekends ago while picking up some food and made a mental note to come back and check them out after reading a few Yelp reviews. The following week my boyfriend and I had Friday night dinner here. We arrived around 9:30pm. It was pretty busy when we arrived to our surprise but we were seated quickly. It took a little while to get our orders in, but I think it was just due to a large group they were serving so we didn't mind. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and my boyfriend got the Aji Tonkotsu ramen. I will give my spicy miso ramen a 4/5. Broth was on point, toppings were yummy, and egg noodle paired perfectly with it. I just wish they offered maybe additional spicy bomb add on as I would have enjoyed it more had it been spicier. It's possible that they do, but I did not see anything listed on the menu. I tried my boyfriends Tonkotsu broth, it was good but I definitely preferred my spicy miso broth. I also am not a fan of wheat noodles either lol. My boyfriend said he also enjoyed his ramen and preferred it over my spicy miso broth - so it all just comes down to personal preference. Presentation was 5/5 - I loved the oversized wooden spoon, such a neat touch. Needless to say, I slurped down my whole bowl by the end of dinner. Overall experience is 4/5. While the food is good, it's quite loud in here when it gets busy and I would have liked to be able to spice my ramen up just a bit more. I'm not sure if the service we received was normal when we went but it was odd. I went on a Friday with three other people, it wasn't busy but the two staff kept taking away our plates as if in a rush. I've been around, all over town plus Miami and Vegas and have not found one place who's ramen can even come close to the perfection found here at Aji Ramen! I prefer the egg noodles, so I get the Spicy Miso with extra chasu and extra tamago plus a side of red pepper oil, oh and no menma. I'm still not sure what menma is so I just have them add extra green onion instead. Their service is quick, friendly and on point. I've never had to ask for anything to be corrected here. It just amazes me! I've never dined in here, but I get takeout and delivery whenever I get a taste for some rich comforting goodness. read more

The decor of ramen shops are always so cool ! I love AJI's wall art and the lights above the community tables. Along with their great decor, comes their yummy food. I think their ramen is just as delicious as other popular ramen restaurants. The broth is flavorful and the noodles are nice and chewy. I tried their tonkotsu, which is what I usually always order at other places. I loved it ! The broth wasn't overbearing or too oily. I just wish it had mushrooms in it. Let's go straight to the pros and cons; Pros; The ramen was pretty good Cons; Walked in, the waitress stared at me so hard she didn't know what to do when I told her we have three ppl. I was confused if she's going to lead us to a table, instead someone else pointed at a table for us to sit. I adore this place will all of my heart. This is my fifth time coming, and I can confirm this is my favorite Ramen spot. The costumer service is never wavy and the food is amazing. I always leave with a full belly and a smile on my mouth. The music is great, shout-out to their playlist. My only gripe with this place is the seating. Often I come with my friends and family and it's hard to get seated sometimes. My husband and I ordered the Aji Tonkatsu Ramen and a side of gyoza. The gyoza were incredible. Rich and flavorful on the inside, warm and crispy on the outside. Perfection. The ramen was equally delicious, but I had to add a bit of seasoning to it to really crank it up a notch. The broth was a little bland for my taste. The egg, pork, and noodles were on point though. I would definitely return and try some of their other ramens- they seem to have some interesting ones on their menu that could be real winners! The price point for the ramen was very competitive too! Loved all of it!! We started with saporos and gyosas YUM ramen i chose Aji Tonkotsu (first timer with ramen) it was really good, my son had the kids menu ramen also loved it. Honey wasabi ribeye skewer is delish! Bacon wrapped enoki was good. It has an odd texture so if that doesn't bother you, you'll like it. My husband was not a fan. You can't go wrong with the gyozas.the jalapeño popper was better thank expected. I really like that. The egg rolls were underwhelming. The Japanese buns are great, both the pork belly with kimchi and the chicken karaage, you can't go wrong with either. The chicken karaage with sweet chili is so good as well. The hot sake is okay.
