I went on a Friday with three other people, it wasn't busy but the two staff kept taking away our plates as if in a rush. I've been around, all over town plus Miami and Vegas and have not found one place who's ramen can even come close to the perfection found here at Aji Ramen! I prefer the egg noodles, so I get the Spicy Miso with extra chasu and extra tamago plus a side of red pepper oil, oh and no menma. I'm still not sure what menma is so I just have them add extra green onion instead. Their service is quick, friendly and on point. I've never had to ask for anything to be corrected here. This place is absolutely delicious! The spicy miso ramen was so good and flavorful. The fried rice had a different flavor than you typically get but in a very good way! The pork belly skewer was the best thing ever! It was perfectly cooked and tasted so rich. I can't wait to go back and eat some more pork belly robata. The decor of ramen shops are always so cool ! I love AJI's wall art and the lights above the community tables. Along with their great decor, comes their yummy food. I think their ramen is just as delicious as other popular ramen restaurants. The broth is flavorful and the noodles are nice and chewy. I tried their tonkotsu, which is what I usually always order at other places. I loved it ! The broth wasn't overbearing or too oily. I just wish it had mushrooms in it. I adore this place will all of my heart. This is my fifth time coming, and I can confirm this is my favorite Ramen spot. The costumer service is never wavy and the food is amazing. I always leave with a full belly and a smile on my mouth. The music is great, shout-out to their playlist. My only gripe with this place is the seating. My husband and I ordered the Aji Tonkatsu Ramen and a side of gyoza. The gyoza were incredible. Rich and flavorful on the inside, warm and crispy on the outside. Perfection. The ramen was equally delicious, but I had to add a bit of seasoning to it to really crank it up a notch. The broth was a little bland for my taste. The egg, pork, and noodles were on point though. You can't go wrong with the gyozas.the jalapeño popper was better thank expected. I really like that. The egg rolls were underwhelming. The Japanese buns are great, both the pork belly with kimchi and the chicken karaage, you can't go wrong with either. The chicken karaage with sweet chili is so good as well. The hot sake is okay. I did not get the name of the employee working today between 5-6p, but she will be the reason I never step foot in this establishment again. I placed an order via Yelp, arrived promptly to pick it up. When I walked in she was servicing a table; I approached the counter to collect my order. The counter was unmanned at the time. Before she could finish with the table she was at another couple walked in. She seated them and proceeded to take their drink orders, at no time acknowledging me at the counter. Another couple walked in and she did the same thing. Finally she approached the counter to a answer the phone without looking in my direction. After hanging up she finally greeted me, apologized, but by this juncture it was far too late. This should have happened when I walked in, acknowledging me as a customer, just as she had the two couples she promptly acknowledged when they entered. Needless to say I quickly corrected her, politely, telling her exactly how unprofessional she acted, instructed her to hand me my food order, and drink so that I could leave.
