This was a very nice collaborative process, where we talked about appropriate overhangs, and how to deal with window trim that might be in the way. Templating took all 20 minutes. Within a week, we had the countertops installed, and sink mounted. They were very considerate to ask us about noise levels, since they knew we had a toddler that napped around the install time. Install was less than an hour, and it looks perfect! Just all around very professional and wonderful folks.

At one point I even received an empty/blank invoice. The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. If you need tile, I've got loads of it.

I had a couple issues with countertop and wall angles and then within a couple days his team came out and installed L shaped countertop a bar area, and my 9 foot island. Couple days later he came back to inspect everything and we had a couple little things that needed to be caulked around the edges and it turned out amazingly beautiful.
