The bartender was great only reason there's two stars. The food was not good. Olives filled the nachos and it was cold. The salad was okay, we also ordered chicken fingers and it was nothing special. If you order food while you do expensive bowling and the other group orders then there is no room. Wouldn't be my first place to go bowling.

Also the TV screen that displayed our scores had horizontal lines scrolling down it, and the place where we entered our names and such was hard to see without a flash light (mind you we were there on cosmic bowl night, which was more like disco night). The schedule on their site didn't quite match the days they had cosmic bowling when I called to make the reservation. They were repairing half of the lanes (the ones on one side), so they weren't usable, however they had several lanes available. I had made a reservation in advance though, so we were all set in that respect anyhow. Mostly-so, I found the service to be pretty good. Didn't notice any (intentional) rudeness, so all-in-all in that respect, I was pretty happy. Assuming the pricing on their website is correct, the regular prices are pretty decent for most days/nights. We got popcorn with the voucher I had, which ended up being very good. It did make us thirsty though, so I guess that was part of how they made some extra cash off of us :-) The location for me as well as my friend I went with wasn't ideal, so mainly due to that reason, it's not likely I'd return. Otherwise that place was pretty decent all-in-all, despite it being a bit run down.

No mini golf as mentioned in prior posts 3. Several out of service arcades and games 4. Ridiculously overpriced ticket redemption prizes I had 3 game cards, and with the remaining amount of game credits each card had insufficient credits to play a game. For example: cards 1, 2, and 3 had 2 credits in each card, I wanted to group them onto one card for 6 credits to play a 6 credit game, well, they refused to do that. The female working the front register said no and said I would have to purchase additional credits to each card. So the 3 cards had to be thrown out. You should also be aware that the photos posted here have changed significantly as mini golf is not available. I'll go back to Playcious in the future.

This was a humbling experience because despite being a pretty good consistently over 100 regular bowler I didn't crack a 50 in my first game. The second game wasn't much better. I ended up with a 43. Despite the poor bowling scores I enjoyed the venue and the food and the company and the music. The location is above the Dundas station in the building with the Shake Shack. I'm new to Toronto so please excuse my ignorance. With the recent cold spell it's nice to not have to go outside to access the location. There are 15 lanes and a full bar. Happy hour runs from noon till 4 pm so plan accordingly. We didn't get here until 430 pm so missed happy hour this time around. Drinks include wine and beer and cocktails along with mocktails. Food menu is extensive and extremely delicious. We had garlic knots, 2 types of wings - garlic Parmesan and honey garlic. We also had the Caesar salad which turned out to be a delicious work of art. All in all a lovely Tuesday afternoon that I'd recommend to others in the area looking for something a little different from regular drinks at the bar after work.
