The selection at Rug Expo is enormous, with a particularly impressive range of high-quality wool, handmade and natural-fiber rugs. They also cut high-quality pads specifically for both rugs, the pricing was excellent, and the service from beginning to end was first-rate. Most importantly, the rugs look fantastic in the house. The living-room rug completely transformed the room and works beautifully with the furniture and hardwood floors. I'm attaching a photo of the finished room. I looked at rugs from a number of different sources before buying these, and Rug Expo offered a terrific combination of quality, selection, value and personal service. This made it difficult to reach them after the owner sold me a rug that was not the size he had promised, despite nearly two hours of discussion in the store. When I finally tracked down the manager in person, he was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me on a rug that didn't fit the room it was purchased for. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing given the owner's assurances and the high price point of their products. If you shop here, bring your own tape measure and do not rely on staff advice. Only purchase if you are absolutely certain the rug will fit, because all sales are final.

He listened to what we were looking for, showed us the options and in a few minutes, we purchased a queen-size futon mattress and frame. Our luck continued -- he had it in stock and it fit in our SUV! Wayne made sure we understood how to install it by stepping us through it. We got home and my husband & I put it together in under 30 minutes with no issues. If you are considering buying online -- don't. It simply is not worth the hassle and Wayne's prices are as good as or better than what you see online. Plus by going to Comfort Zone, you see exactly what you are getting.
