Our appliances are happier, the knocking sounds that used to happen whenever the irrigation system turned on are completely gone, and our house pressure is finally back to normal. They showed up on time, quoted a very fair price, and were clearly knowledgeable about which quality parts to use. The clamping equipment and materials they installed are top-notch--built to last and give us years of worry-free service. It's obvious they take pride in using the best rather than cutting corners. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They were able to help address the immediate plumbing issue, but overall I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of the pricing, results, and communication. In my experience, the cost added up very quickly. The initial recommendation included snaking and a camera inspection, and after that did not resolve the issue, hydro jetting was recommended to address roots in the sewer line. I ended up spending over $2,000 (at least one third could have been saved if they did root cause diagnosis before snaking), but after the service, roots were still visible in the sewer line, so I'm still unclear on how much the hydro jetting actually accomplished. Communication after the service could also have been much better. The company advertises 24-hour service, but when I called after hours, I was unable to reach anyone. I also didn't receive a very clear explanation afterward of what was accomplished, what remained unresolved, or what the next steps should be. Overall, the technicians were hard working, punctual and helpful, but considering the cost, I would strongly recommend getting quotes and second opinions from a few plumbing companies before committing to several thousand dollars of work. For a major sewer or root issue, I would also make sure the expected outcome and warranty are clearly explained in writing before proceeding, there is a lack of post service communication .

Purpose Driven Plumbing was referred to us by another company whose owner I really trust too. I feel like we've finally found our go-to plumbers for life because they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and do a quality job.
