I overheard him say, "I gotta take this call. I don't have time for this. It has to wait." As a customer, and as a healthcare professional myself, I find it incredibly unprofessional to be openly de-prioritized in such a dismissive manner. Is a manufacturer's call truly more important than a paying customer who is standing right in front of you, regardless less of the dollar value ? The courtesy of even a brief explanation would have gone a long way, but none was offered. To make matters worse, a young insolent and unseasoned "here for the summer", staff member attempted to start an argument with me, and another employee insinuated that we should have gone elsewhere instead of coming to a pharmacy for a notary. That kind of logic is baffling. if you advertise a service, you should expect and respect the customers who come for it. If your team cannot manage the workload of offering national notary services, then it would be more honest to stop advertising it, rather than subject customers to poor treatment and delays. I came to your location based on word-of-mouth recommendations, but this experience was a mistake. I will not be returning, nor will I be referring anyone else. The people and workers here are friendly. I always come in with my dog and they are fine with that, kind and playful with my dog even. They have everything that I need here, the stocks seem filled and I can always get a fair amount of shopkick scans here. The check out section is fine and don't require much assistance from the times that I've been here. People line up and go to the next register when they're suppose to. You can scan your rewards card, look up your number, or use a courtesy rewards card to still reap promotions on the products. The place is also pretty clean and well stocked!

If customers are allowed to join the line, there should be some sort of notice explaining that they may not be served if the pharmacy break begins before they reach the counter. There is absolutely a way to communicate the pharmacy's break hours without treating people disrespectfully. If the pharmacy closes for a break at 1:30, that's understandable. Stay far away from big business pharmacies such as Walgreens. They do not care for their patients and will ALWAYS cancel prescriptions with no notice / reasoning. There's still a nationwide shortage of adhd medication so I recommend calling (very fast - takes at most 2 minutes for someone to speak to) to verify accepting new patients.
