I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. He immediately answered and we talked through the problem and he confirmed he is available to go diagnose / fix the problem. Time frame: I called him at 7:25pm , he arrived to the property at 8:30pm, he called me that he completed the job at 9:30pm, he sent the invoice and I made the payment easy online! I highly recommend him! The value of the price I think was very fair, for being something so last minute I was worried it would break the bank but I felt that it was a reasonable amount and he took care of it as if it was his own home. I am still in disbelief how quick the service was, how great Oscar was and how easy the experience is.
