From the very beginning, Luigi was always available to answer any questions. He provided a detailed work plan and quickly responded to any of the multiple changes I made during the planning. After the reno was over and I needed it some slight adjustments, Luigi was just as easy to reach and had his team come back more than once for slight corrections. Actual construction lasted from one Monday to the next, although substantially complete by the first Friday with only the installation of the Quartz backsplash coming that second Monday.
