They cashed it immediately. My contract states they would finish a small retaining wall by 7/20/2022. I didn't hear from them by end of summer and asked for my deposit back and no response. Contract also states no credit cards, guess that's so you can't dispute it and they take the cash and run. Today I sent email to 2 email addresses I had for them and 2 came back rejected immediately. I then called the number on my contract which matched the one I see on yelp and received a robo voice saying the number is not set up to receive calls. I can't believe I was robbed like this. I'm a senior in a senior community. I see there are others who had the same or worse experience with them. Has anyone reported them to the police? I've come back to edit this review because I was thinking if they've changed their name as I read in another review, maybe I should put the peoples names that I dealt with.
