I'm so happy my son recommended Airstream to clean my ducts (and excellent duct cleaning service BTW -- very happy!), because while the tech, Dillon, was taking notes on the history of our Goodman systems and looking the systems over to provide the estimate, it became clear our upper-level system potentially had a huge installation flaw. I have had the house for 18 months and have had 3 other HVAC companies service our system -- one was a rockstar who retired, the other two not so good. Number three, during a routine checkup, noted the upper-level system was under-performing and might need a new TXV valve -- call us if you have a problem. When I mentioned this prior evaluaction, Dillon said, "Sir, your Goodman system doesn't even have a TXV, it has a piston for metering refrigerant." He knew right away. And he knew that sometimes the wrong size piston is installed, which could produce the performance deficiency we're seeing. I knew right away that the right guy for the job had just walked in the door. So I approved both estimates and had my ducts cleaned and had the upper-level piston checked. And sure enough it was the wrong size AND it was installed backwards!! Now my upper-level is cool and comfortable, and I can wait until Fall to re-insulate the attic. Thank you Dillon!! Thank you Airstream! read more

I've been around long enough to spot a good worker, and Jacob from Airstream Services in Murfreesboro showed up just when I needed him after a lightning strike hit my house. It knocked out my HVAC's main board and zone board, leaving me without heat & air, but Jacob arrived with a friendly smile and jumped right in. He diagnosed the unit, swapped out those fried parts, and had everything running cool again in no time, which means a lot to someone who appreciates help when life throws a curve. Jacob's the sort you're glad to have around--calm, kind, and clearly good at what he does. He took a minute to explain the damage in a simple way, showing me the burnt boards with a patience that made it all easier to handle. You can tell he's fixed plenty of systems before, and his steady way of working feels like the kind of reliability I value in folks who get things done. Airstream Services has a gem in Jacob, and I'm thankful they sent him my way. He didn't just patch it up--he checked it all over to make sure I'd be set, which feels like a true gift l in my book. If you're in Murfreesboro and find yourself in a HVAC bind, Airstream Services at (615) 216-5979 and ask for Jacob--he's honest, capable, and leaves you feeling taken care of. read more

Last night my living room lost power and my breaker kept tripping. I looked over everything and tried removing anything that could have been overloading the system. I did a Google search for electricians in my area, as I've only lived here since May, and found Airstream with a 4.9 Google rating with about 1K reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I put the request for service in late last night and got a call first thing this morning. Their technician, Leo, was dispatched to my home and I was very happy with the service he provided. Very polite and all around great guy. He thoroughly trouble shot my issue and fixed it in about 1 to 1.5 hours. With any service like this it can get pricy, but for this I'm content with what I paid. He also waived the service call fee for joining there VIP service program, which was nice. He also educated me on other things they offer, which aligns with some of my future plans for our property. Over all, this was a great experience! Thanks again Leo! Props to Raven who called me and also took my call later in the day. She was pleasant to work with as well. Thanks Airstream Service! read more

Let me first start by saying that our technician's name was Jerry very knowledgeable polite and sympathetic to our issue with her air conditioner I had self diagnostic my air conditioner unit a little over a month only to finally get fed up with it and I started searching the internet for an air conditioner company airstream services came up for the five star rating and I said I'll give it a chance I called them on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 only to find out they had an appointment available for 5:00 p.m. I immediately took it Jerry arrived at my house at 6:00 p.m. Jerry was able to quickly find out the issue with my air conditioner unit and took care of it. Jerry also was able to give me knowledge of my air conditioner unit so if this ever happened in the future I would know what to do and who to call not many companies will do that these days it's all about the dollar signs I feel that airstream took care of me Jerry was awesome therefore I'm writing this review for them because people like myself will read this and say I'm going to give this company a chance thank you airstream and Jerry for taking care of my problem read more

When I first reached out to Airstream, I got a response right away. Julia was very nice, professional and scheduled a time for a technician to come check out our problem that afternoon. The technician, Steven, arrived at his scheduled time. He did a complete inspection of our electrical concerns and took the time to explain the problems in detail then to answer all of our questions. He was patient and courteous throughout our interaction. The customer service we received from our initial contact, to the inspection, submission of an estimate, then the response after we decided to go with another company was exceptional. We were treated with complete respect and appreciation. Please note.. we did not use Airstream Services but the only reason was that the company we did go with was able to start the work immediately and Airstream wasn't going to be able to for 1-2 days. Thank you Airstream. We will definitely keep your company in mind for electrical needs in the future. read more

Jeremy Rudd with Airstream did an excellent job analyzing my HVAC issue. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he found, why it was happening, and how he intended to resolve it. I really appreciated the way he communicated everything clearly and made sure I understood the situation. What impressed me even more was that, while working on the HVAC issue, Jeremy discovered an unrelated and more serious plumbing problem. Rather than simply focusing on the original service call, he took the time to explain the plumbing issue and helped me get it resolved as well. I was extremely impressed with Jeremy's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to helping me get both problems sorted out. He went above and beyond what I expected, and I truly appreciate the care he showed throughout the entire process. Jeremy is an excellent representative of Airstream, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing assistance. read more

I really like this company for their transparency, job excellence, and communication. I always know exactly what they are doing and why. Their technicians are very capable and knowledgeable. This is the second time I have used the services of Airstream. They did such a good job last time I am utilizing more of their services this time around. And I'm glad I did! In this case I needed some HVAC servicing on a house I just bought. The HVAC unit is over 10 years old and shows no signs of being serviced. I hired Airstream to check it out and make sure everything was up to codes and current safety measures. And guess what? All ready it is paying off because they found tomfoolery in the wiring of the unit and loose wires. I have kids so loose wires are a no-go. In sum, Airstream is a company I can trust to do it right the first time. They don't just fix the problem they get to the heart of the issue with safety in mind. And that gives me peace of mind. read more

Great Service!! I called Airstream on a Sunday afternoon and they answered right away....yes, I was able to talk to someone on a Sunday afternoon and i didn't have to leave a message and ump through a ton on hoops. Gus scheduled us for a service call the next day and gave us a tight 1 hour window for the tech to arrive. The tech called (as promised) an hour before arriving early. Adam arrived and walked my wife and I through everything he was going to do to diagnose our issue. Then when he had figured out the issue, he gave us options....actual options!! Part of my problem was the lack of maintenance done on our unit (totally my fault). Adam signed us up for their VIP program and that should not be a problem any more. Overall, I couldn't' be happier with our experience and I look forward to continuing to have Airstream service both our units twice per year. read more

Found Airstream via Yelp. Or I should say they found me. Originally submitted a request for estimate to another company. When I went to submit it asked if I wanted the message to be sent to other organizations. I responded yes and Airstream was one of several who replied back. They were very professional and I was able to schedule the work in a timely manner. So hard to find folks to do small jobs right now. When the initial guy left I had a small item that didn't meet my satisfaction. They sent Tyler back the following day and everything is great now! I always say it's not the problem, it's how you recover that matters. They responded quickly and I'm 100% satisfied. I typically rely on referrals from others so this was the 1st time I used technology to hire someone. The process was easy and the results speak for themselves. Great job Airstream team! read more

Had 2 services today 1st Jose came out to give me an estimate on a multi unit split system for the house and explained it better then google ever could. Then gave me an estimate on a new heat pump ac system very helpful filled in a lot of questions I had about both, 5 stars. Matthew came out to service my existing ac unit explained a lot and did checks and service that no other company has ever done. Was very impressed with his commitment and willingness to explain what he was doing 5 stars. The only issue is the cost of the service that was not covered by the seasonal check up, understand they have costs as in insurance, pay for technician and for office staff vehicle cost and all but still hurts when you expect a lower cost but it's higher then you anticipate. But that is everything nowadays. 5 stars service and employees, 4 stars for higher repair cost. read more

I can't say enough GREATNESS about this company!! They have always been very friendly & it's obvious that customer satisfaction is their #1 goal!!! They are honest and upfront about the cost. I feel like they have never tried to get me to "fix" something that wasn't broken or in need of repair! Prior to any necessary repair (if needed), they would go over in detail what they felt would improve the operation of my HVAC unit, giving me the option to move forward with the repair or to let them know (if I was undecided at that time) when I would like to have them come back. There was no "sales pitch pressure" at all! I tell all of my friends to use Airstream! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest company to do business with!! Thank you Airstream for your generosity in doing a Spring Maintenance on my HVAC unit! read more

We have a newer heat pump but wanted to make sure everything is properly functioning after three years. The pricing special made this service request a good value, otherwise we could not have considered regular pricing for a tune-up on our newer system. Austin was very thorough, conscientious, and professional. People like him are a great complement to the business. The inspection and tune-up provided extra piece of mind knowing that the equipment was operating correctly and within specifications. He pointed out a couple of things that might need correcting. We appreciated him pointing this out. We would have accepted the repair estimate if Airstream would be willing to consider the overall cost and could schedule the repair when Austin was available to perform the work. Perhaps we will come to a mutually agreed solution. read more

Airstream knock it out of the park! They installed an EV charger for me and it looks fantastic! I deal with vendors on a weekly bases for both my home and businesses. Customer service, professionalism or just a call back no longer exist. From the time they came out to do an estimate, all the technical phone calls in between and then the final install, Airstream was definitely top-notch. The gentleman that showed up got to work immediately. You can tell the pride in their work and also we're well experienced. They even put up with me because I am that "techie guy". I asked a million questions about the install and the equipment and they knew every answer. They even indulge my interest and added more information for me to ponder. They have now earned the top spot on my call list for future repairs. read more

Cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the service today (ceiling fan installation). I got an automated reminder of the appointment the day before, then 15 minutes before the appointment, I got a text notifying me that the technician (Lee, with picture verification) was on the way and was able to track his route and arrival. I SO APPRECIATE that he was on time (actually a couple minutes early!). Once he was inside, he was courteous, very respectful of my home and completed the job for less than the initial estimate. The installation was quick, clean and thorough. He even offered to mount the remote on the wall and brought his own broom to clean up after himself! Rarely do I leave raving reviews, but I'm already contacting them about another project. This is how service SHOULD be! read more

Their team was in and out flawlessly. Completely swapped my entire panel and put in a new level two charger in one day. Their coordination was top-notch and even gave a little blurb on the service technician so that I would know a little bit about the person as well as know what he looked like prior to his arrival. The entire process was explained and what it would look like from start to finish. They left no room for interpretation and completely communicated everything that I could've possibly asked for. Every communication was pleasant and enjoyable and they even let my son watch the entire process because he enjoys anything related to construction. Hands-down there is no other electrical servicing company I would recommend for large jobs. This team is absolutely top-notch. read more

My upstairs unit went out and I wasn't sure why!!! I called this company called Busy Bee and the lady that answered the phone named Toni wasn't friendly at all, so she took my name and number and said she'll have someone call me in 15min. I waited no response. So i googled 5 star air repair and Airstream popped up so I called them. There was a very nice friendly voice on the opposite line. Ms. Sidnei, She took my information and we talked and even laughed on the phone during our conversation. I was able to track my technician as he arrived. Mr Saul was greeted at my front door, very polite and professional!!! God sent!!!! He fixed my problem and I was so grateful!!! The best experience I ever had!! Great Job Airstream Services!!! I see why yall are 5 stars!!!! read more

My A/C went out in the middle of extreme summer temps on a Saturday. With 2 little ones I was eager to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called Airstream Heating & Cooling and they sent Adam out that SAME DAY to take a look at our unit. Not only was he able to diagnose what was wrong, but he also came with a well stocked van that he was able to fully repair our unit and have it run more efficiently than it was before (saving on our electric bill!!!). I was so thankful for that emergency after hours visit and extremely pleased with his customer service. We haven't had any issues since, but I know that if I do given the age of our unit I know exactly who I will be calling again for future repairs. I highly recommend Airstream Heating & Cooling! read more

I had preventative/seasonal HVAC maintenance performed by Christian today. He did an outstanding job in caring for my two systems, even identified a capacitor in the larger package unit that had degraded to the point of developing tolerance creep and had fallen out of spec. Last thing you want to deal with during this time of year in TN is not having adequate heating for your family, so I'm very grateful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss a variety of options with me around some other services I'm considering. Christian really knows his stuff and seems to genuinely care about his passion/craft. I always appreciate the high quality talent AirStream has a knack for hiring, which is why I'll continue to recommend them. read more

Hudson was amazing. He thoroughly assessed our service needs and provided detailed information for addressing areas of concern as well as available options for resolution. He immediately followed up by providing a written service estimate without wait time or having to wait a couple of days for a written report, prior to leaving our meeting. Additionally, Hudson promptly facilitated connecting me with other Airstream Service Professionals to address HVAC and plumbing needs. In less than one hours time frame, I was contacted by a very nice Airstream representative and was set up for HVAC and plumbing appointments, both of which are scheduled for the upcoming week, again no lengthy wait time. Hudson is The GOAT!! Thanks Hudson!!! read more
