After MULTIPLE attempts, that proves to not be true. I tried calling the Fernly location. That too went to voicemail, saying "Today is September 1st and we are closed for the holiday." Today is in fact November 26. Upon calling the silver springs location, again I only get a voicemail, but they at least give office hours. Thinking I might be able to told to SOME sort of employee, I drive to the Spanish Springs location. Guess what, their office is inside the secure gate, you can't get in unless you have a security code for that location. Negative contact with any living soul. I drive BACK to the Carson location. My security code still doesn't work. I tried a simple, generic code and the gate opened right up. I drive around for a minute to locate my storage unit. Guess what? It's NOT a storage unit. Appreciate, according to Safe Storage, and only Safe Storage, an outside storage unit, is a parking spot. They have a few secure units, but I won't be dealing with this company again. They are misleading and INCOMPETENT!

Thank you Storwise. Also the manager and I talked about the Bible the day I got there. It's cool. Real people! And you can basically always trust people who talk about the bible. I'm not baptized or anything either One more thing is how accommodating they have been in the last eight months, including giving me a great price when I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. That's never happened to me before. Usually a company won't give you a good deal because they already have you locked in. Must have been wise to use Storwise:)
