Today was my first experience with this company and no complaints! The guy who showed up was on time and polite. Got straight to work and had the heater working in less than five minutes. It's great when people like their jobs and are knowledgable! read more

I finally have time to sit down and take the time to write a review of the service from Jaymon. I've been busy with moving but had time now to tell everyone about the service received last weekend. What can I say, other than outstanding service!!!!!!! Professional and friendly. I was packing up and moving and needed to have the AC unit serviced before selling my house. I knew it was low on freon. Jaymon checked and it was empty. He was able to clean the coils, change the air filter, refill about 5ibs of freon. Tested it, and it's super cold in the house. New homeowners won't gave to worry about these 100+ degrees during the summer. Got to say this company stands head and shoulders above all the rest. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs AC or heating services. A++++++ Thanks Jaymon!!! read more

I have called Jaymon out on several occasions. Not because he doesn't fix the problem, but because my HVAC unit is SO old that it's on its last leg. My entire unit needs to be replaced, but since he knows that I'm not in a financial position to do that, he does what it takes to keep it running.... His guys are always polite and on time. Thank you everyone at Airmergency! I honestly don't know what I would do without you! read more

Called Jaymon on Sunday afternoon. He called back within five minutes. He ended up getting to my house within 20 minutes of the call and repaired the AC. Very good service and he did everything he said he was going to do as well as checking a few other things. Will definitely using Jaymon again if needed. read more

A couple weeks back when the cold weather really kicked in my heater was not working I have a newborn but she is two months old and cannot have a cold house I called airmergency, No answer but within five minutes I received a call back I exaggerated the desperation of me needing to have a warm house considering I am a first-time parent they were very sympathetic and said they can get someone out there within 20 minutes from the time I called from the time the repair was done a total of two hours I cannot thank them enough I would recommend to anybody thanks Airmergency!!!!!!!! read more

When my heater went out on my house I called air emergency and two other local ac/heat companys. I got Quotes. They weren't The cheapest nor the most expensive But due to their prompt service I chose to go with them. And I'm so glad I did. They brought us portable heaters to keep the house warm until the unit arrived they installed it and after a week the unit failed. They continue to take care of us and put a new unit on the roof at no cost to me That's why I paid a little more for good service. Jamon and his crew service my unit at my home and at my rental and he will always get my business. read more

Awesome staff! From Catherine to Luis to Natalie and owner Jaymon. I was treated fairly, and professionally. I will definitely be back! Prices were competitive and service was out of this world. Priceless! read more

Fast, efficient, punctual, friendly. Jaymon came out and fixed our heater problem quickly and correctly (this is the third time it "broke" and Airmergency is the only ones yet to fix it properly)! He needed a part for the heater and was still able to fix it that day! Thank goodness with the cold weather! We are glad we found him! Best experience possible when dealing with getting repairs you never wanted to deal with in the first place! Top of the line service. read more

Really good company. Had another company come out and told us our furnace was condemned. I didn't trust what they said as our home is only 15 years old. So i called Airmergency and they replaced a blower wheel and motor for what i thought was pretty fair on price. Thank you Airmergency read more

In August 2014 I had another repair company here (American Comfort). Long story short, they charged $238, never finish filling the unit with Freon because there was something wrong with their meter or something, wouldn't set foot upstairs, and didn't tell me about Freon Stop Leak, so when the Air Conditioner here stopped cooling again, already, I called AIRMERGENCY... The AIRMERGENCY guys are the nicest, most professional, and most knowledgable on Air Conditioning I have ever seen. They inspected the whole system, including the attic. They put 4 pounds of Freon and Stop Leak in. And the Total repair bill was $370 ($55 x 4 pounds for the Freon, and $150 for the Stop Leak and NO Labor Charge, or Service Call Charge). And the Freon is under WARRANTY so that if it ever leaks again, we will not have to pay for any more Freon. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW FROM A REAL CUSTOMER. I NEVER GET KICK BACKS OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND FOR ANY YELP REVIEWS. read more

Airmergency is the BEST Heating & Air company hands down!! Impeccable service, knowledgeable technicians, and professional staff. Jaymon, patiently and thoroughly explained why my system wasn't getting cold, and even took a video showing me how clogged and dirty my condensate lines were! As a homeowner, making informed decisions are important to me. It made me feel so confident in who I chose to care (and continue to care) for my HVAC system. You've got a customer for life, keep up the amazing work!!! Thank YOU Airmergency! read more

These guys installed a 2 ton dustless A/C unit in my garage/mancave. I need it to be done before a party and Damin made it happen in the middle of summer. Unit works great keeps my 3 car garage nice an cold during summer. Now I can't wait to use the heater during the winter! Thanks again for 5 star work! read more

Don't hesitate to call this place. They did a great job, great price , and cleaned up after themselves. Best experience I ever had with any service company. I never write reviews so I definitely mean it. read more

I highly recommend calling this company! Last time that we had an issue with our air conditioner, we called a Honeys air. They charged quite a bit to tell us they want to replace it with a new one. They did nothing, and turned out it only needed freon at that time. This time the AC just stopped putting out cool air, so we put off calling for a few weeks, thinking it would cost a bunch of money. We decided to try AIR MERGENCY. They only charged $40 to check it. They came the next day, and it only cost $205 in total!!! Very nice and professional! Said our air conditioner was in great shape! Thank you Air MERGENCY! read more

Today Joshua came and fixed our AC unit!!! He was very professional, on time and very knowledgable. Thank you to the whole team! Cindy P.

Jaymon has done work for us for years, first while working at one of the big names in the area and the last few years through his own company. Always a fair price, all the information you need to make an informed decision and work ethic that's rare these days. Feel free to get quotes from everyone else but you'll find their work clean, timely and fairly priced. If you do ever have a problem they're more than fair with diagnostic work and repairs. Top quality work, good units and advice that helps you rest easy when plopping down the money for a new unit or repairs. read more

Great company. They performed a good and efficient service and didn't try to upsell me. We have an old system, and were told it's good for at least another six years, instead of trying to get us to replace it. Serviceman was friendly and professional. Would recommend highly. read more

Impeccable service! Friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Airmergency for maintenance and repairs for the past 4 years. My air conditioner wasn't working. I called for an appointment and they scheduled it for the next day. My air conditioning unit needed to be replaced and Jaymon ordered the unit and installed it 2 days later. They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services. read more

Airmergency just left my house and I am more than satisfied! Josh and Mario were very helpful and knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in no time.( Jaymon give these guys a raise, they do good work!) They were friendly, polite and not afraid of my big dogs! Thanks again and glad i was able to get into the service program and get my units cleaned too! read more

They were amazing! They did an outstanding and quick job! I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be calling on them with any HVAC services. read more

Amazing Experience with Jaymon and his team!!! When our A/C stopped working on a day with temps over 100 degrees we feared the worst. I called and left a message with Airmergency and within 10 minutes I received a return call and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Within 30 minutes my A/C was up and running and they went above and beyond, checking for any additional issues and talking me through some of the things we can do to save on our energy bill. The professionalism is outstanding and I will be insisting that all of my friends and family in the area go to Airmergency for all of their needs. Thank you so much Jaymon! You truly turned a situation that could have been a nightmare into something that wasn't scary at all. read more

Awesome service!!!!! Highly satisfied customer!!! I called and they arrived within 20 min. Was up front with what was wrong and gave me an estimate. Had my AC fixed within 20 minutes!!!! read more

Our AC went out during a brutal heat wave. 3 other AC companies told us our compressor needed to be replaced and gave us bids as high as $5,000. Jaymon responded right away (most wanted us to wait a few day or weeks, even). He slowed things down and actually took a look at what was wrong (another company wanted to quote us over the phone). 1 new capacitor and a few tightened wires and we have a running AC for under $300. I waited a few weeks to write this review. It is still running like a champ during another heat snap. Awesome company, great customer service, and, most importantly, HONEST. We had a great experience and will call on them in the future. read more

Airmergency lives up to its name. They are there when you need them. I call on them for clients of mine in emergency situations and for regular inspection and maintenance. They are a great company willing to go the extra mile and I would definitely recommend them. read more

Heater started making funny noises last week and I am having company over for Thanksgiving so we looked on yelp and saw that these guys had all positive reviews so we gave them a try. They showed up within 2hours the same day and fixed the funny noise. They only charged me $40 for the whole service. Only $50 for seasonal maintenance. Straight forward, not pushy sales people. I will use them again in the spring when it's time for scheduled maintenance. read more

I called and the support representative was awesome she took all our information down and the history of the unit. Jaymon went out to our rental property he called me and told me what it needed and gave me an estimate. I had a previous company out to the rental property 1 month prior and they charge us $430.00 and still had issues. Jaymon told me that the previous company didn't put the valves on and our thermostat had to be changed since it wasn't reading anything. He replaced the thermostat, put on new valves and add freon for less than $200.00. I am so happy I will be sure to call them again. read more

Received quote through Yelp, gave number and was told someone from office would call to schedule an appt. I never heard back so I called the office and was informed they are about two weeks out. They need to hire if they are that incredibly backed up with jobs. Found someone and they came out and fixed my problem within 30min of me calling for an appt. read more

I called about my swamp cooler needing service before summer kicked in. I left a message received a call back quickly and had an appointment the next day. Two men came clean cut and very professional. They did a great job!! My swamp cooler is running perfectly! I would use them again and recommend their services if you are in need. read more

I would definitely recommend Airmergency! They are quick and have reasonable prices. Jayson responded to me right away, during a holiday weekend. And had the office call me first thing Monday for an appointment that same day. Natalie the receptionist was also very pleasant, great customer service. I had fear of getting my heater fixed because I've dealt with other companies who are just out for the money. Dealt with one who was trying to charge me $280 to fix my AC. My boyfriend took a look at it and fixed it by just pushing something in all the way! The technician (I believe it was Tony) was honest and explained what was wrong and how it works. They are the ones I will be calling for any future issues and future maintenance. No more cold nights!! read more

Airmercency fixed my A/C and it works perfect! Very professional staff and did not overcharge me. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends and neighbors. They are the best! read more

My dinosaur of an ac unit broke during an exceptionally hot period. (of course). After checking reviews and asking others, I called Airmergency. They were able to squeeze me in, and I really appreciate that consideration. Everyone from Katherine in the office, to the service techs that were sent, are really wonderful. The technician explained what he needed to do, why, and what needed to be replaced. Because my unit was very old, they had to really accommodate their service to it's particular issues. When I had an issue for clarification, I spoke with Jaymon, the owner, and he was just as accommodating and kind as his staff. I would recommend this company based on my experience with their honesty, consideration and integrity. read more

Took them a month after appointment date to finally install AC and furnace. AC leaks water through our ceiling and light fixtures. Can't reach them to get repair or replacement of unit. read more

Watch out for this guy, if your expecting a service tech, be warned he is a salesman not a service tech. Doubt that he really knows what he is doing- that is why he is always trying to sell you a unit instead of fixing it. Used Dehart after Jaymon came out and said the unit wasnt worth fixing. $275 later Dehart had the unit working in no time and was very satisfied with them. BE WARNED! read more

Great, quick service and reasonable prices! Technician arrived at the time expected and had our heater up and running within an hour! ! I would highly recommend! read more

The owner is so nice and honest . And so reasonable . They came to our house and fixed the AC in Summer, and when we needed the heat for Winter, it was not running , so I called them up, the owner came and took a look and said it was just the wire getting loose, he fixed it and did not charge me a penny. Definitely recommend it to everyone . And nice staffs as we'll by the way! read more

Called AirEmergency and they came out and had my air conditioning working in less than 10 minutes. The only thing wrong with it was loose electrical connections and they charged a minimal fee for that. They are very honest and that is why I will recommend them to anyone and use them again if needed. Thanks AirEmergency!! read more

These guys are the BEST, hands down! They are the first a/c guys I actually TRUSTED! It seems in this business that a good HONEST a/c professional is hard to find. Well, these guys are the real deal: as honest as they come, friendly and polite from the receptionist to the owner to the a/c tech. I thought I would have to pay big money for an entire new system, but Jaymon (the owner, no less!) came out right away and on time, plugged a few wires on a gadget to my heater/a/c that hadn't worked in over 3 yrs. (in Modesto summer heat), popped up into the attic, and knew just what was wrong. He ordered two parts, they came in on Friday, Joshua (also polite, hardworking, and with excellent service) came out and installed them that day in an hour. For the first time in 3 yrs., we felt the cool breeze of a/c again!! What a thrill that was!! It's been over 3 wks. since he's been here and no problems with it at all. Jaymon explained to us why it stopped AND how to avoid that from happening again. Wow! He was spot on! It seems that the weeds would get into the condenser (outside), clogging it and making that stop/slow and quit circulating air, burning out the motor still pumping away in our attic, freezing up the lines, and the whole thing would stop. Unscrupulous a/c guys in the past would tell us to "let it thaw out", forcing us to struggle along in the heat for days. Once those lines were thawed out and all the ice gone, they'd fix the part in the attic (naturally over-charging us horribly!), bang up my walls with their ladders, never once telling us how important a clean and weed-free condenser was. Not the case with Jaymon and the other Airmergency PROFESSIONALS. Their excellent and patient advice was well worth the price we paid, but knowing we will face this summer with heavenly coolness in the afternoon, thanks to Airmergency, is worth so much more! The entire job only cost me $670 out the door! Years ago, another company (sent to me by Home Depot) quoted me $9000.00 for an entire new system including new ducts (for a 13 yr. old home??) AND another hole punched in my hallway for a SECOND filter!! Give me a break! We finally gave up until my son said, "Why don't you try finding someone on YELP?" I'm so glad I did! Try Airmergency! You won't be sorry. If you want an HONEST a/c professional, these are your guys! FIVE STARS!!!! read more

I was having so many issues getting my heater to work and this crazy weather going from hot to cold has been driving me insane! I could only get my heater to kick on for a few minutes at a time and it would never kick back on during the night, leaving me to wake up freezing in the dead of night. A simple search led me to call up Airmergency and have my heater looked at the same day, as soon as I was off work. Needless to say I am staying warm through the night and am one happy customer. read more

Really glad I came to yelp when I was needing someone to come take a look at my AC. The reviews were atleast semi recent, and nothing but the truth. Got on the schedule and the owner came out and got my AC repaired, no problems. Will be using them in the future! read more
