So glad I went with Precise when it came to replacing my ductless AC unit. They were fast,…read moreprofessional, and incredibly easy to work with. Special shout-out to Joshua Torrez, who made it all very simple. Would definitely reccomend this company.

I chose Precise Air Systems through Costco because I trusted the Costco partnership, even though…read moreseveral other HVAC companies offered lower prices. From the beginning, I was required to pay the full amount upfront before any work started, which I later found concerning. One major issue was related to asbestos. Every other contractor I received quotes from had already included asbestos removal costs in their total estimate, which is common for older homes in the Burbank area. Although this company had already visited the property and inspected it beforehand to provide an estimate--just like other contractors--they suddenly raised asbestos concerns in the middle of the project and stopped the work. The project was then delayed for over a week, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received little to no response. Later, they even requested additional charges. The scheduling and communication were extremely frustrating throughout the entire process. I repeatedly adjusted my personal schedule to accommodate their work. In particular, on Friday, the project manager directly told me that they would come on Saturday to complete the remaining work. Based on that, I stayed home and waited. However, no one showed up, no one contacted me, and later I was simply told that they do not work on Saturdays and that I should call the office myself to reschedule. There was not even a proper apology. It is also unreasonable to expect the customer to coordinate scheduling, as it is the contractor's responsibility to manage the schedule and complete the project once the work has started. From my experience, it felt like the company schedules work based on their own convenience and profit, rather than respecting the customer's time and commitments. While the technicians on site were polite and hardworking, the overall project management, scheduling, and communication were very disappointing. I also wonder whether requiring full payment upfront before the work even began aligns with standard practices or regulations in California. I chose this company specifically because of Costco, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability.

As Grand As it gets…read more I've been stopping in to Seven Grand for well over a decade now O.O and I still love this top notch whiskey bar lounge in Downtown Los Angeles. From fun nights out, special occasions, whiskey tastings, exploring the speakeasy... playing some pool, enjoying libations, taking in live music, perfect outings on the patio, the occasional cigar. So many great memories and experiences created here including some awesome date days with my other half. If stopping in for the first time you'll discover S.G. on 7th and Grand Avenue with a door person usually always at the bottom of the staircase just outside of the restaurant/cocktail bar Zaya (which has been many incarnations including Bar CDMX, V and Mas Malo). Provide them with a valid ID, as anybody over 21 should have a valid form of identification on them at all times, not just for driving or access to 21+ events or establishments, but for safety. And Seven Grand cares about everyone and their safety. They value their staff as much as their customers. And it shows in every way from thoughtful space in all directions, great pool tables, a whiskey, bourbon and scotch curated cocktail menu, even some good brew/beer. Awesome hallways with cabinet lockers, the cleanest restrooms, great dim dark warm lighting, fun fixtures and true DTLA vibes that feel old timey yet also very modern. Seven Grand is open to all and all are welcome. Stellar daily happy hour 4pm to 8pm. I love a good $10 Toki Highball at 5pm, but you can't go wrong with their classic old fashion also. All the bartenders are incredible as well as personable. S Grand is open every day from 4pm until 2am. Loads of lots close by as well as the Metro station at 7th and Metro. Though the trains currently stop just a little after midnight. Rideshare is also your friend, which now includes Waymo in the area. Discover Seven Grand also in San Diego, Austin or Denver. If planning an event you inquire with Stephen via email for personal parties, events with a budget and even corporate parties. They're very accommodating with a good amount of notice. When we had my boyfriend's birthday here they reserved a table for us and set us up with everything we needed. Thinking of having my next birthday here myself both at Seven Grand and Bar Jackalope (their hidden speakeasy). Support your awesome LA Whiskey Bar!

An absolutely spectacular experience. First off, the service was lovely and amazing. Being able to…read morechoose my own steak knife was a unique experience. Second, the interior design was very comforting. That aside, the food is amazing. While Dunsmoor disappointed me, Gwen surprised me in an extremely positive way. Each dish served was crafted with care and flavor, and every bite was an experience. Hamachi Crudo- The texture of the hamachi is amazing. It's bouncy, but not chewy. Flavor is on point. 9/10. Chicken Liver- the texture of the liver is blended so smooth and creamy. It's paired with a fire roasted pita that has a beautiful charcoal taste. 9/10. Lamb ribs- absolutely amazing. This was probably the star dish of the night. This is a must get. 11/10. Asparagus Rissoto- creamy yet light. 7.5/10 NY Strip Steak- cooked to a perfect medium rare over an open fire. The texture was perfect and the flavors were very balanced. 10/10. Duck Fat Potatoes- it's hard to describe what flavors there are, but this is a very unique take. 10/10. Overall, each dish was amazing and I would definitely come again.

For a restaurant with…read morea Michelin star and a reputation centered around steak, the food was just okay certainly not memorable, and I've had far better steaks elsewhere in LA and internationally. What was more disappointing was the service. We waited over 30 minutes for a cocktail, and by the time it arrived we had already finished dinner and were ready for dessert wine. Water glasses were rarely refilled, and the table was only wiped down once throughout the meal. The women's restroom was also unsanitary and clearly not being maintained during service, which added to the overall poor experience. I've dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and this experience did not reflect the level of hospitality, attention to detail, or quality I would expect from one.

BZ Moving did a great job moving our two bedroom apartment to our 4 bedroom house. We had most of…read moreour place boxed up, but there was a good amount of smaller floating items that they consolidated into closet boxes and otherwise had to figure out. They took apart our large furniture and put it back together which was crucial. What was also great is they wrapped everything in plastic and or padding to protect everything. I was very pleased with how they did this. I was very nervous about our newly painted pure white walls but nothing major happened to those as well, nothing broken, and otherwise everything handled with care. Overall they worked fast, and effectively, and did a great job. Many thanks to Ervin & Pedro for making a stressful time less stressful!

I just moved this past weekend. I used BZ Moving for an across-town move a few years ago and was so…read moreimpressed that I reached out to see if they handled interstate relocations. I am glad they do! Moving from a 3rd-floor 2B/2B to a 2nd floor unit (stairs at both ends!!) is no small task, but Ryan and John made it look easy. I'm a customer service professional myself so let me break it down for you: Communication & Service: my move was a bit chaotic. I requested about six different quotes as my destination and service needs kept shifting right up until the week of my move (talk about running up against the clock, eek!!!). They were so patient, professional, and, more importantly, available! I even texted a question on a Sunday afternoon expecting a Monday morning reply only to have the whole issue resolved the same day in under five minutes. Their responsiveness is unmatched. Care & Handling: they treated my property like their own. They laid down canvas to protect the carpets and skillfully wrapped and stacked everything. I have several pieces of artwork and a massive California king bed that is a nightmare to navigate through stairwells, but they handled it with ZERO issues. Not a single dented corner or broken glass in the whole lot. Plus, they provided wardrobe boxes for my hanging clothes at no extra charge (provided I returned them), which was a big time-saver. Pricing & Reliability: the price quoted was exactly what I paid. They were upfront about factors like stairs and specialty items, so there were no surprises. They are competitively priced, but the level of service you get makes them the best value on the market imo. And believe me, I reached out to four different companies during the initial RFQ process, and none of them had the level of personal service or value-for-price that BZ did (which, coupled with my previous experience with them, is why I chose them). Logistics: they were exactly on time for both loading and delivery. They confirmed the arrival window the day before and they still text me the day-of to let me know they were on their way and reconfirmed their arrival time. So helpful!!! For the interstate leg, they provided a tracking link so I could see exactly where the truck was while I was driving separately. Seriously, if you want a team you can trust implicitly with your belongings (and your sanity), hire BZ Moving. I didn't have to lift a finger and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
