This place is a ripoff and some of the drivers are jerks. My friend and I recently returned to DTW from Hawaii and it was freezing cold so we quickly got to the pickup location. We were first in line. Bus pulls up and drivers keeps door closed and exits from his side. Just stands at the back of the bus saying nothing so people started walking to the back of the bus to had him their luggage. I had a small carry on and my friend had a large purse (which she was not putting in the storage area). I went to the back of the bus and handed my small bag to him. I get on the bus with my friend and sit down. Three more people get on the bus and have no seat so decided to stand. The driver states no one is allowed to stand and that if you did not give him a bag you did not get counted!!! HOW STUPID IS THIS??? Not everyone had a bag to check with him! Several people had small backpacks that did not need checking with him. After he tells the standing people to get off the bus, he turns and looks at my and my friend and yells, "cutting in the line is rude...that's what's rude!!!" I'm not sure who he was referring to, but it was very unprofessional to say the least! How about walk around to the front of the line, count off 10 of the front line people and tell the rest to wait for the next bus! Problem solved. Anyway, the cost is not cheper than paying to park in the covered parking ourside the terminals so I won't be returning here. I've used the company a couple of other times and the experience was just ok, but this time took the cake. read more

I've been a solid customer for over 20 years now and have experienced this place since the early 80's and the price has always been reasonable. They used to have the vans that church groups have. Those full size vans used to squeek and rattle over the potholed roads in the late 80's. They use much better rental car agency style shuttle buses now.There has ALWAYS been a van waiting there when I drop off the car. And of course they give you a free jump start when you need one. They wisk you off as quickly as they can. In terms of pickup they're not too bad either. I've had to wait maybe 12 minutes to be picked up at the terminal. read more

Honestly, I use this parking garage everytime I fly out of Detroit. They have the best rates and their service is spot on. Safe, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I park here for any trip longer than a day or so as it is substantially less expensive than the long term lots at the terminal. On my last trip I noticed I left some luggage in my car when I got to the ticket counter. One call got me to my car and back in less than 10 minutes. After waiting 10 min, finally called the 800 number and was told shuttle was on its way. 20 min later it showed up but was too small to hold everyone. Had to wait another 5 min for the second one. While we waited, 5 US Park, 4 Kwik Park and 3 Park N Go shuttles came by. We were the last passengers to leave the pickup platform. It only took 6 min to get to the parking lot. I am guessing we were interrupting the GSW / OKC basketball game. Total time from arrival on pick up platform to making it through the checkout was 53 minutes. read more

I have used Airlines Parking literally for decades and their level of service has dramatically fallen off. I now find I have to wait to be picked up, not just at the terminal, but in their lot as well. When I see 10 to 15 of their buses parked and only 4 or 5 in service, I don't know if they are simply maximizing profit or having difficulty hiring drivers, but the result of either is that their customer service is way off. I will switch to the "patriotic" company on Middlebelt. read more

We always use Airlines Parking. Very dependable, safe and reasonably priced. They always have a discount coupon on the website or they have a special rate for AAA members. Look for Hellen at curbside when you come back and she'll make sure you find a seat on the yellow bus ASAP to take you back to your car. read more

Do not park here if you have a flight arriving after 11:00pm. Waited over 30 minutes to pay and get out of the lot! To cheap to have more than one window open. read more

Airlines parking is my "go-to" parking venue whenever I travel and need a secure space to leave my car. The service is excellent, with courteous and helpful attendants. Upon entering the facility you re directed to parking spaces based on your airline choice.There you will find a van waiting to pick you up and take you directly to the terminal without any intermediate stops. And, most important, it seems that one of their vans is always present when you deplane and need to return to the parking are. read more

We left the car here for 2.5 months. We found out after 2 months they can tow you away. We lost our car and couldn't find it. They don't survey license plates so it is difficult to find your car if you forget. read more

THE WORST AIRLINE PARKING. They put customers in danger. I have used them twice now and they have a limited amount of busses for the amount of customers they have. Busses show up way less frequently than other parking companies. For everyone one of their busses you see three Quik Park busses go by. There's no line or structure for customers waiting so it quickly turns into an angry mob! People are yelling at each other and running in front of busses when they finally show up. It's insane. Always fill up a small bus before leaving. Driver puts luggage in rear hold so it takes a long Time to get to your car if you are not the first drop offs. Drivers leave you at airport from time to time. Not enough buses. Long waits. I don't recommend. read more

I park here every week for travel. The service has been a bit spotty lately but not horrible like today. Today, I was sent to 2E but there were no available spots. I ended up parking at 4H after following the arrows to an available spot. I called twice for pickup then called a third time and spoke to a manager. What a great service model. Thru gate, they ask your airline, yellow van guides you to parking spot, van service right to the terminal door. On the way back pick you up same spot, drive right to your car. Sweet! Both van drivers personable, helpful. The ticket folks also. I admit, I like to be pampered. I would rather spend 20 bucks a day to park right at the airport then spend a lot less to park off site. I guess it just seems like such a hassle to drive into the lot and hop on a shuttle to get to the airport, rather then just getting out of your car and being right there. We've been taking this Yellow Bus transportation as an alternative to my expensive choice in airport parking for quite some time. There are tons of buses, so I have never had to wait for one to arrive at the airport. The drivers are professional and friendly. Most of the time they even load and unload the bags from your car for you. And, as a previous reviewer mentioned , if you are a coupon clipper, 8 bucks a day is a steal! I guess the 12 dollars a day difference is worth it when Yellow bus airlines parking makes it so easy. We have used airlines parking for many trips. We flew home on Jan 6, 2014 to frigid temperatures and a snowed in car. The yellow bus was the first to arrive at the terminal so we didnt wait long. Our driver cleaned the car off and put our bags in our car for us while we waited in the warm bus. Amazing service!!! read more

I encountered four different employees during my trip in early April 2016. The attendant at the entrance gate was extremely rude. The first driver I had, Kevin W., was awesome. Very friendly, courteous, and he knows his job. He was directing the gate attendant on how to do his job. On my return trip from the airport back to my car, the driver JD was extremely rude, he spoke to me only to ask what kind of car I drove and to thank me for a tip. His driving was erratic and frightening. The cashier, Stephanie, was the most unfriendly of all the employees. She was completely discourteous and unfriendly to the point that my 11-year old daughter commented about Stephanie's poor demeanor. :( read more

Their bus transports are always ready, no waiting time from when we left and arrived from our trips. The parking areas are well lighted and spacious.
