After phoning six different towing companies and getting only voicemail responses, I was extremely fortunate to reach my terrific new friend Mr. Garcia at Industrial Towing and Recovery. This outstanding gentleman first asked me if I and my passengers were all safe, then promptly assessed my situation and in less than an hour was at my location with an identical replacement tire which he quickly installed at a very reasonable price. This is one of the most superb customer service experiences I have ever had, and with a family-owned small company no less. Mr. Garcia, you are absolutely EXCELLENT and I will recommend your fine business to everyone I know. Thank you again for your high quality service! Ken C.

Was having car trouble on 7/31/17 where my car wouldn't start so I needed a car tow to my car…read morerepair shop. Called early on a Monday to get service through my Motor Club. Mondays are always busy so they gave me an estimated time of arrival. That time came and went but the Motor Club followed up by phone as to whether CJ Towing had arrived. When they had not, I was informed that they should arrive within 5 minutes. Five minutes later, the tow truck came. There was a young African American man who was the tow service guy. He was extremely friendly, apologized for the delay and explained that it was a very busy morning. I could appreciate that. He took time in securing my vehicle onto the tow truck bed. He offered to have me ride with him but I told him I would follow him in another vehicle. So I trailed him. What surprised me and I truly respected was that if I got caught by a red light, he would be on the other side of the light as he had pulled to the side and waited for me. I loved this as I want to watch and make sure my car is okay and I don't lose the tow truck while trailing him. He got to the car repair place safely, took care in getting my car off the tow bed, had me sign a receipt document and wished me a good day. Great service all around. A wonderful experience especially when you are stressed out about your car having problems that you aren't sure what it is. Thank you CJ Towing, you are A-OK in my book!

I told him that I did not even know the car had been found until minutes before & said I wanted to come after work, around 5:30, to see my car. The guy said they close at five so I asked them if my car waa drive-able or damaged. He said he did not know so I asked if someone could go & look at it. Again he said no because he was the only one there. I asked him why I wasn't notified by anyone & he said all they do is tow cars when state police call them for a tow job. (I am waiting for a call back from an Illinois State police commander.) I asked, "Even when you know it's stolen?" so I went the following day & saw it would have to 8be towed. Fast forward 3 days: Pattersons called me at work to say tow truck had come to pick up my car & take it to my repair shop. When I asked how much the bill was, I was told over $900.!! When I asked for a breakdown of the charges & a copy of the bill to be texted to me, he told me to get the info from Allstate since they were the ones paying for it. I am sorry Allstate paid such an outrageous charge but glad I had full coverage but what about the people who only have collision or liability? How would that have hurt them? MY ADVICE TO YOU: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

They were unaware that I video of the condition of the car sitting in their lot, when I went to get it the next day but their weren't open.
