After phoning six different towing companies and getting only voicemail responses, I was extremely fortunate to reach my terrific new friend Mr. Garcia at Industrial Towing and Recovery. This outstanding gentleman first asked me if I and my passengers were all safe, then promptly assessed my situation and in less than an hour was at my location with an identical replacement tire which he quickly installed at a very reasonable price. Pattersons towed my car after it was found abandoned. It was stolen on July 3rd but I was not…read morenotified that it had been found on July 6th until 4 days later when an Allstate agent called me at work around 3:00 p.m. The agent gave me the name & phone # of Pattersons Towing & when I called, I was told it work cost over $300. to get my car because of the storage & tow. I told him that I did not even know the car had been found until minutes before & said I wanted to come after work, around 5:30, to see my car. The guy said they close at five so I asked them if my car waa drive-able or damaged. He said he did not know so I asked if someone could go & look at it. Again he said no because he was the only one there. I asked him why I wasn't notified by anyone & he said all they do is tow cars when state police call them for a tow job. (I am waiting for a call back from an Illinois State police commander.) I asked, "Even when you know it's stolen?" so I went the following day & saw it would have to 8be towed. Fast forward 3 days: Pattersons called me at work to say tow truck had come to pick up my car & take it to my repair shop. When I asked how much the bill was, I was told over $900.!! When I asked for a breakdown of the charges & a copy of the bill to be texted to me, he told me to get the info from Allstate since they were the ones paying for it. I am sorry Allstate paid such an outrageous charge but glad I had full coverage but what about the people who only have collision or liability? How would that have hurt them? MY ADVICE TO YOU: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Operator call me back after I made several attempts to reach the driver , he passed me up several times and trying to communicate wasn't possible, he was argumentative but me and my car got home then we had problems with him putting my car in front of my house cause he don't push cars. I paid to get my car home and a misunderstanding became a night mare. With employees like him, I couldn't spend a dime and no recommendation but the fee was reasonable and the operator was pleasant and apologized for his mistake.

They towed my daughter's car, that was stuck on train tracks…read more They told her it would be $300, when they discovered she had insurance they told her the car would be towed to the yard at 1251 East 95th and they would charge the insurance company. When I explained I wasn't going through insurance for a tow of $300, they then told me it would $2600. They were unaware that I video of the condition of the car sitting in their lot, when I went to get it the next day but their weren't open. I returned January 27th and they damaged the entire front end of her car. They ripped off the bumper, flatten her tires, kicked in the radiator and damn. When I asked them, is this how the car was looking when you towed it and they responded "yes". I confronted them with video evidence of the car sitting in their tow yard without damage, two days earlier and they stated "they don't know how it got like that". The destroyed my daughters, to try to justify $2600 for the tow. Please stay away from these scam artist
