They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times.
