Even after the windows were made, I still received a weekly email until they were ready to schedule us. The installers, Lou, Jon, and Calvin, were nothing short of professional and kind people. Not only did they do a fantastic job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones, but they cleaned up absolutely every speck of dirt that accumulated from the install. My home was even cleaner than when they arrived!! I absolutely love my new windows and loved the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough!! 10 out of 10!

They are very responsive to email and calls, and came out quickly. They were able to not only rekey the doors, but to replace the wonky back door lock that didn't really work and sporadically popped open (not a desired feature). Bill had me send over a picture of the lock and was able to send the right piece, first time based off of that information. My backdoor lock wasn't quite catching after about 2 months, so they sent one of the guys out, no charge, to repair or replace it. It took him about 2 hours and a trip back to the shop, but he was pleasant and kept me in the loop the whole time. Finally, I popped in today to get a couple of keys and to drop off some old keys that I think were from maybe 3 and 5 residences ago because they recycle keys. In and out in 5 minutes. They seem to prefer cash or check to credit cards most days, so do plan ahead!

Shortly after closing on the home, we contacted window nation because one of the windows had a crack in it and needed the glass replaced. In October 2024 I paid the warranty transfer fee and scheduled a service call for the window replacement. Shortly thereafter, we noticed none of the windows would open or close fully. On December 3, 2024 a service tech arrived to replace the glass and evaluate the windows. The service tech stated that the windows wouldn't open or close fully because they were left open for so long by the previous homeowner, and a specific part of the windows and before they were able to come out to finish repairing the windows, I got a call on December 23, 2024 stating that "their original measuring photos shows that there was support in the sun room under the windows, but that the support was removed and that voids the warranty". I then requested photos for proof, and I was sent 2 photos. Fortunately for us, those photos show that the support underneath the windows remains unchanged since they were installed. There has been ZERO change to the structure and support of the windows. I then sent them the original listing photos which proves that the support being referenced are the beams which hold up the addition entirely and shows no changes. I was asked if there would be a significant other attending sales pitch meeting and I politely indicated I'm a single mom and will make the final decision myself. Yet, I understood the reason behind the inquiry and had no problems with it. The sales guy was straight to the point didn't really try to sell me the product just provided information regarding the product and answered questions I had accordingly. Which I was grateful for! He let me know that there would be about an 8-week fabrication Lead time which I was fine with. The windows did end up ready for installation within that time frame. Empire graciously set the installation date according to my schedule. And I can't rave enough about the three person team who came out and completed the install. Dave and his crew were on time, addressed my concern about placing down floor protection- which they had already anticipated. They were knowledgeable with the product and how to install the windows and the back patio door. Hard consistent workers, there was no downtime during the install. the framework after the bay window was removed was done very professionally and looks amazing. They answered my questions professionally and didn't make me feel stupid for asking very simple questions at times. I cant say enough about this crew, I hope they see this review and see how appreciative this single mom is. They cut no corners and provided exceptional install service that gives this mom a peace of mind! Plus they graciously accepted to take a photo in front of my new front windows!! Thanks Empire for the new windows and patio door!

Thing is on their letter to me they could not even identify the window properly so one has to wonder what they are even thinking of when their windows do not last 100 years or a lifetime! The one window does have defects and they denied a claim. I hope they at Empire Window Company do more than try to sell my mother a new window as they said they would look at the window for a fee but she and I declined their services and tried to check on the warranty thinking it might be more valid. I am only glad I and mother went with a new window company for the last 9 windows. They even mailed her a warranty paper as she requested! Better service from a new company! That is what happens when a shoddy window somehow gets past the supplier check points, they cost Empire Window Company a lot of money! I would have given Empire a 5 star if nothing had happened to the window but something did and explanation by their supplier from 2005 was very poor as I had sent at least 7 pics showing mother's proof of ownership and condition of window that I cleaned just as careful as all the rest including all the new ones. I used expensive soap and water on all windows and dry with microfiber materials that do not smear or scratch as brand new look is admired. I hope Empire gets better suppliers in future from anyplace on the planet!

Steve at All Around was simply amazing when I called. Even though I was 'just a phone call', he spent a solid 15 minutes with me on the phone, answering all of my questions, and asking many questions in turn to help create a good quality quote. Customer service was 'ok' with the other companies, but All Around really shone right off the bat. Steve came out a few days later to take a look and take some measurements. Despite the oldness of my system, he still attempted a repair in case on was feasible. Ultimately the motor was beyond repair, and he did suggest a new system and we did opt for the new door as well. A few days later, the installer came out and completed the job in less than 4 hours! He was super friendly, efficient, courteous, and explained everything clearly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was, and our new door looks and sounds amazing. And there was never any attempt to upsell, no ambiguity with the price, and I paid to the penny what I was quoted originally. I will certainly recommend All Around to anyone who needs garage door service. While I know there are a few other good companies out there as well that offer good service, I was really happy that All Around really seems to take their customer service as seriously as they do. And quality is great. Certainly a top-notch company in my opinion.
