We experienced the worst rudeness, disrespect, and really bad temperament and treatment by Mark, Owner/Manager. He shouted profanities at me and my mom over the phone, and threatened us that we won't have access to our stuff in storage. We waited 45 minutes to have our lock cut so we could get into the locker and then treated horribly because he called decided to charge another $150 immediately, as a deposit for any damages or messes to the storage bin. My mom tried to write a check and he literally flipped out calling us on the phone, yelling and swearing because he said my mom yelled but my mom only raised her voice a little when told of the $150 charge. My mom is NOT abusive, but Mark sure was on the phone. He told me to have my mom deal with him directly about the cheque she'd written out. We went back to fix the problem and make a debit payment and talk to Mark, as he demanded, but the lady in the front told us he's not there! When I told Mark calmly he was being rude to me he said he's known for his rudeness and that we don't want to piss him off and he continued to shout demands and profanities at me over the phone. Horrible management at this establishment! He didn't even come talk to us in person about it. Such terrible customer service! We will never recommend. The yard is not well kept and the bin floor was wet inside as well. Perhaps the snow doesn't get cleaned enough? I'm not sure why else water would get into a c-can...Also, you cannot get into the place when you want. Only from 9 - 5 and that's if the gate is open. It's not like other places that give you a fob or a code to get in. So also not a real accessible place to store personal belongings! read more
