Not online does it have your basic trampolines, dodgeball court, and basketball goals, but also a full-size stunt pillow you can recklessly throw yourself into (and easily get out of - no more climbing awkward foam blocks), a full-size inflatable obstacle course (you can run it forward and backward), and all the tunnels and slides you remember from fast food restaurants but much cleaner and more open. Plus a 9 - hole mini-golf course, arcade, snack bar, very clean restrooms, and super friendly staff! Don't hesitate - go jump yourself happy!

Like all trampoline parks, you have to sign a waiver that you will hold them harmless if any injury occurs. In the trampoline area, there are huge steel beams that I watched no less than a dozen kids nearly eat it into. Each one of the four kids in my party nearly did this. We watched and winced every time a kid barreled towards one, just near missing. Finally I directed my kids away from the trampolines and onto the inflatables. It is so foolish that they don't have these beams wrapped in some form of padding, it is only a matter of time until someone gets concussed or knocks out their teeth. Because of this, we will never return here. It is a massive and ridiculous oversight in my book.

It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

You're first struck in awe at this gargantuan structure you think they pulled straight out of Richie Rich's mansion. This place is flooded with pure entertainment for toddlers, kids, teenagers (and adults). My 2.5yr old spent quite a bit of time everywhere, to the tune of three hours. The toddler room was a great toe-dip into what would come next, allowing her to set her pace while playing with the rotating stations, alphabet blocks, the seesaw and teddy bear slide. Then came the gigantic playpen, a kids dream. Packing two separate sections, both accommodated with their own unique slide, for endless fun. Three levels of obstacles and circus-like contraptions made our play date one we can't forget. Arcade is modest, just enough to keep the younger children happy. Concession stand had plenty to offer.. we refueled ourselves with some goldfish and choose two flavors of the slushees. We had dinner plans but I would consider having a meal here. The zip line, bumper cars and VR experience looked cool but were not in operation. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We had such a great time, we're even adding them to the candidates for her next birthday party!

There are arcade games along the exterior of the walls with additional seating to watch the children play. There is a concession stand that sells all the bells and whistles (nachos with cheese, popcorn, pizza, slushy drinks, chips, candy and etc. the party rooms are super cute and spacious.

The entrance and sock dressing area is a 30% of the space. It's $25 a person on a Saturday and of course you have to purchase the magical, sticky socks for $6 a person but it is definitely a one and done type place. You take your kids here once and that's it. The trampoline parks make better use of the square footage with a lot of different fun activities. There is no way a child can stay entertained for more than an hour here. My suggestion is take your $33 go to one of the more fun trampoline parks, get your moneys worth and be able to where any sticky, magical socks you've bought in the past and save $6 !! The photos posted, that's it, that's tue entire space for play inside. They spent their money on the building they need to sell those magical, sticky socks to everyone!! PS the Owner/Management and the responses, honestly, tells you exactly what you need to know about this business. She/He is very unprofessional and defensive in every responses, the customer service in the responses are very low par. Why would I care to defame your company, I'm stating the truth. I will take responsibility for not reading the reviews, they tell the truth and it's hard to bounce back from that. I'll check back in 3 years to see if the business is still viable.

What really stood out for us was how safe and inclusive the space felt -- especially for families with kids of different ages. Our son Eli was able to jump comfortably, and we appreciated how attentive the team was throughout our visit. The energy was fun without feeling chaotic, and everything ran smoothly. You can tell they're intentional about both safety and guest experience, which matters a lot as a parent. We also loved hearing about the upcoming renovations and are excited to come back and see the updates once they're complete. Overall, this was a fun, stress-free experience, and we'd definitely recommend Get Air to other families looking for something active to do in the area. We'll be back!
