Upon completion, he thoroughly checked the compleness of his work Two weeks ago I had a newby AC guy that Choice Home Warranty and I had water all in the drain pan. Instead of checking the problem or fixing the water leaking all over, he said that he would fix the leak and get someone to remove the water and drywall and tape, texture and paint it. By that time, mold would occur so I had to pump and dry it out myself. The guy never called back and Choice Refused my claim due to this owner/tech newby's poor diagnosis and normal responsible service. He said told the warranty company wrong information without seeing a leak. Oasis has a maintenance program and cleaning of your ducts and they are responsible people, not just Manny.
