I asked for a call back because our AC was acting up and I wanted to know my options. Bob called…read morewithin a 1/2 hour and I explained that our unit would work for a while (sometimes as long as overnight) and then shut down. Several hours later it could be restarted and would again run for several hours. Bob had me check the condensate safety float and as soon as I removed it the unit started up. Bob then walked me through how to clean out the drainage line. It was very clogged and after I cleaned it out as he instructed the unit has been fine ever since. I really appreciate that Bob took the time out of his busy day to help me with my problem with no expectation of payment. In my book, that is providing great value. I will certainly call Davis Air & Heat to do my annual checkups and do the replacement when we need it. Many thanks, Bob!

It did fail within a week of them showing up like usual. Stay away I know a lot of people like kalos however since not using them my ac actually shuts off now instead of running 24/7 because the proper parts have been installed, not the cheap chinese trash parts they charge 11x for. I have no doubt by not using them my electric bill will halve next month... it costs to much to use this company stay away.
