A balance of 24.00 is required for taxes. I will send your receipt via email. The shirts will be delivered by 10am tomorrow. " after receiving that text i asked him again if i can stop by to look at the progress and also asked him why he had never mentioned anything about tax before, and trust me i get it everything is taxed now a days but every other business that i deal with gave me the price and also let me know what the tax was gunna be on top of the service. After me asking that question he decided to call me and began yelling at me about how he gave me the best price and the he didn't charge me for the shirts or charge me extra for needing them asap that it was $12 for the print only and that i assumed that it was gunna be $240 that he never gave me that number and was just yelling at me going back and forth all i asked him was why he didn't discuss the $24 for tax from the beginning or when he came and pick up the money nothing more, i went back and forth with him for almost 30 minutes he was gaslighting me telling me that i was broke and a bunch of other stuff, i kept telling him that it was just a question and let him know that i didn't want to continue arguing with him because i needed to go into work and he just had to keep going to have the last word, i decided to let him know that i was not gunna continue having this conversation with him and that i would go and pick up the shirts myself with the $24 in hand and decided to hang up, then he texted me to make sure i have exactly $24 because he didn't have change. I said I will thanks . he showed up to my house the next morning on his bike with the shirts in a clear bag wrinkled and yellow like he purposely got the dirtiest shirts available just to get back at me, on top of the shirts being dirty they were also super thin, before handing me the shirts he stuck his hand out for the extra cash and when I handed it to him he shoved the T shirts at me and before I was able to pull out the shirts to check them out he took off on his bike and shouted "just because I'm black doesn't mean I can't get the job done" I then let him know this had Nothing to do with race, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go with someone else instead of express print, very unprofessional and rude behavior, things are already hard when your dealing with the lost of a loved one and having to dealing with situations like this makes things even harder

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As a new entrepreneur looking for a possible vendor, I happened…read moreupon this place and the guy seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and business like. I showed him a couple of images on my phone and they were squared as photos or photos like images will be on the phone, and I expressed him that I did not want that squared up look that picture frame type look and he assure me that it would be blended in to the shirts only had two shirts, two different designs. He told me 3 business days I waited five and I called him back this morning at 11:30. They said it would be they would be ready by 3:30. I waited until 415 and I called back. The Man asked me if I had if I could resend the image of one of the shirts that I want printed and I asked them what happened they were emailed to you both images. What happened to them? He claimed someone must have taken them and put it in their own personal file. He said one shirt was ready and the other file was misplaced or something and then asked me to hold on for a quick minute which I said fine! Had me on hold for 30 minutes I drove all the way 30 minutes to the to the business only for him to bring the shirts out and I'm still on hold when I walked in the store he brought the shirts out and they were squared and I asked him why were they squared and he told me that that's the only way that they can. That's the way they're gonna come out because that's the way the picture was and then we went back-and-forth and why would you tell me that it wouldn't be squared that it would be blended into the shirt so that it wouldn't look like that so .not only were they late ,but they're inconsistent first impression is last impression so beware this is active impressions. Beware there are entirely too many other businesses around that will treat you fairly. STAND CLEAR!! So for some ungodly reason, the manager or whoever he says he is decides to reply to my review in a manner in which it makes them look like the victim. Hmmmm.... I never spoke to this person once! Only the person that I placed the order with and there was absolutely no mention of any artist consulting or redesigning or anything of the sort! The person that took the order and the money answered all questions with reassurance that the shirts would not come out that way and how it's only square like that on the photo, but for sure would blend in the perimeter, and this was with confidence! As for phone attempts to re-request the file? What since would it make for me to not respond? I already paid! How did they get separate files that were sent together? They flat out lied, dropped the ball and what took so long to contact me if they are being truthful which they are not. And it is very easy to manufacture stories to your benefit when you are trying to protect your business, but right is right! I didn't even demand my money back which I should have, but these were strictly quality samples for me as I expressed in the beginning. This was an honest attempt to share a real business experience, but just a really bad taste in the mouth. A measly 64 dollars it cost to not ever do business here again.

I am very disheartened with the experience I had with 59 Garphixs and Jeff. I reached out to them…read moremonths ago to have a set of shirts designed. The first round went great. On the second round I was having the same design along with a new design made. During this order Jeff became extremely non-communicative and delayed the process. After numerous text messages and weeks passing by he eventually got the final design together and printed the shirts. In addition to the shirts, Jeff was to provide me the actual graphics that I had him create as they were my original designs and it was apart of the payment received. Once Jeff received his payment, he did not provide me the graphic art. I spent weeks emailing and texting him. He kept saying he would get it to me and never gave me what I asked or paid for. I am so disturbed because it was my creation and now I do not have it. I have never done business with someone that has essentially stolen from me because he received payment without producing the full product in addition to it taking months for even some of the product to get to me. I would have been an ongoing customer, but now I would not recommend using his service to anyone. Do not use at all - you'll be stolen from!
