(store761 date11/08/2025time4:33pm trans.:82720 cashier. camila.) yes ... her name was camila... alright.. so there is however a flip side to this storie though, beacuse after i sucesfully found all the jeans and shirts directed by camila.. i went to the underwear section and was having trouble.. i found the lovelly vanessa who was new.. and she didnt know anything , but i asked her if she could find me someone more knowledgable, and she complied.. the girl she brought to me stated that burlington only had 1x underwear.. but when i pointed to sign in front of us that said 1x-3x.. she stumbled.. and i said this says that what you just told me is an untruth... she then said well this is all we have.. i then asked if maybe she could look or inquire with staff ta see if theres more in back.. she said no that this was all theye would ever have .. i then asked if i could then converse with a manager she stated that her manager was on lunch.. i said thats fine ill wait... when would manager be off lunch.. she then said she just just went to lunch... i then gave up went to line, to pay and resolve my experiance.. i stood in line for 15 minutes.. but at beggining of of that a commotion with managemant and loss prevention happend.. and i saw the manager that was supposed to have been on lunch.... strange to beacuse i saw her there earlier to just dindnt , know she was manager before all that.. untill she was handling scenerio with loss prevention wich attracted my attention to her name badge status thus revealing to me that she was indeed a manager... so i reflected back to the underwear scenerio and the employee who i caught fibbing to me , not once but twice yall... the one that vanessa who was stocking brought me was an african american high yellah tall 5'9" young ladie light acne.. so if managemant reads this youll know that, camil rocks , your new employee vanessa was kind to me, and whomever works that section where the mens underwear is not only is lazy, but lies to customers.. off the top... and that aint fly.. i frequent this location.. and i spend a lot of money there...

I thanked him and went on to grab the couple of things I was getting. 10 minutes before closing we were making our way to check out. 30 ft from checkout a pair of shorts caught my eye. I stopped briefly. Maybe 30 seconds. No lie. Little miss manager of the year came around the corner huffing and puffing obviously irritated at life or who knows what. She said in a super rude way "we're about to close. If you want your items you need to go to checkout and buy them!" I said "yeah, I'm going right now" My three year old son then held up his hot wheels he picked out and said "I got hot wheels" all excited. This bitch had the nerve to tell my three year old in the same rude ass tone she used with me "yeah well if you want them you better tell your mom to go buy them right now then, or you're not getting them!" Being a bitch to me is one thing, but taking the same tone with my THREE YEAR OLD is crazy. I said "excuse me?" And she continued to talk under her breath while walking away and asking the only other customer in the store to leave. Of course she was rude to this poor old lady too. She said "we've made announcements of us closing, you need to leave." Like I don't know who trained this dumb lady but her customer service skills need some serious improvement. I went to checkout, I asked the nice girl at checkout if that was the manager or something because she clearly feels the authority to speak to customers like that. She confirmed that it was indeed the manager. She said they get in trouble if they're there past closing. I told her I fully understand that but for this lady to be such a rude ass bitch to customers is ridiculous. Maybe get her some proper customer service training before the holiday season cause this lady is walking around like she hates her job and the customers there. He initially said $150 but eventually agreed to do it for $100. We moved forward because of the good reviews, but after the repair was completed, he told us the screen was "cheap," could break easily, and had no warranty. That should have been disclosed before the repair--not after we had already paid. The screen was replaced on Monday, and my phone immediately started having issues. I received an "Unknown Part" warning, the phone has been overheating and acting up, and the screen colors look terrible. My phone had no issues before this; it simply needed a screen replacement. When I returned for help, the employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to help, take responsibility, or offer any solution, repeatedly saying there were no refunds and no warranty. I paid to have my phone fixed, not to leave with more problems than I had before. I will never return and strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Why have I not been shopping here? All name brand stuff, for a fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere. I suppose my only gripes are the lines. They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more.
