Fabian can promptly at 3pm and looked at my system and showed me what was wrong - I had a blown surge protector and that was why my HVAC wasnt blowing cold air. Absolut Airflow had quoted me the day before and their technician told me I needed a brand new furnace AND air conditioning unit!!!!! The first meeting for AC installation was almost immediately after I had posted my request on Yelp. Luis came out to our house to do the assessment and he was extremely polite and helpful. There was no pressure, just providing information about the different machines and brands. He also let me know about rebates and tax credits I could get from the state for installing energy efficient machines, which will be alot of help, come tax time. He sent me a bid right away through email that detailed the scope of work. We got a great price on the work that needed to be done. When the workers were installing the unit, they were all very professional, protecting my furniture and floors. This multi-day installation went so smoothly that you couldn't tell day to day that other people had been in the house. They were really good about cleaning up and returning everything to normal, even though they were coming back the next day. We now have air conditioning and it's such a relief. Just in time for summer. I'm sure there'll be 100 degree days, so I'm so happy that we were able to get this done so quickly and on time. I would easily recommend Blizzard for your HVAC needs.
