I needed to take a typing test for a job opportunity and found this place close to home. I called ahead to check if I needed an appointment but they said I could go in whenever I wanted. I walked in and the young lady at the front was very polite and helpful. I was taken back to a large room full of computers. Another employee set up a practice test and then after I was then set up my actual test. I noticed 2 other people working on resumes and applications and received help and input. After taking the test I just had to wait a few minutes to get my results printed and signed. I think I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, I liked my experience at this location.

Amy Zimmerman , Runs…read morean illegal business and is extremely unprofessional . I worked as a temp for 2 months , in which I was involved in a severe accident during that time . I admit I was late a few times due to me not having a vehicle anymore with proof and dates, but that has nothing to do with AMY ISSUING MY W2. Amy was supposed to issue me a W2 by 1/31 it is now April 2, 2025 and she refuses to send my w2 out because she feels she doesn't have to since I was exempt . She has had her friends try to scare me and intimidate me via text all over a w2 that is required by law . This has been going on for months , the IRS has delayed my taxes due to her lack of doing her job . She has insulted me as well as continuously lie . I have all screenshots from her . She's been a complete nightmare. The IRS will be contacting her if they haven't already but I'll just go ahead and insert the screen shots . Amy does not want to issue my W2 because whatever company she uses for Payroll is charging her a fee for my W2 , so she has faulted me for it . She completely forget she including in the email from her payroll department. She also insulted me which was uncalled for .
