I admit I was late a few times due to me not having a vehicle anymore with proof and dates, but that has nothing to do with AMY ISSUING MY W2. Amy was supposed to issue me a W2 by 1/31 it is now April 2, 2025 and she refuses to send my w2 out because she feels she doesn't have to since I was exempt . She has had her friends try to scare me and intimidate me via text all over a w2 that is required by law . This has been going on for months , the IRS has delayed my taxes due to her lack of doing her job . She has insulted me as well as continuously lie . I have all screenshots from her . Amy does not want to issue my W2 because whatever company she uses for Payroll is charging her a fee for my W2 , so she has faulted me for it .
