Looking for the right opportunity and in stepping it up in your career... come here! I was for the…read morelongest time delaying that I needed to check it out and register - I've been living in LA for about 4 years. Sending resumes online can only get you so far. Yes, you still should have LinkedIn. Though, You need a set of fresh eyes in telling you how what's going on, with your resume, interview skills, etc... to upgrade yourself career wise and level up to the demanding skills of today. I know this because I was brought here through a network. Now going at it on your own in LA can be a challenge and I'll say it, ROUGH! Long story short, I learned about Appleone through a friend I decided to finally give her a call and I got in touch with Ha (yes that's her name) And yes and she was delightful professional attentive. It's a pain but your skills need to be assessed for true legit employment. If you ever found yourself not getting evaluated or just being asked a couple of questions. Be Aware. Or it sounds to easy to do or believe it - (Be careful out there) ALL OR MOST JOBS applications are not supposed to charge you. Anyways, sidetracked! Coming back to my story - you got to do all the tests, you got to do all the work by completing watching all the videos. And signing a gazillion papers. That's just how the agency protects themselves of making sure you are who you are supposed to be! You'll know honestly, if you want something legit is going to take discipline to get you through and in order to get the agency to speak on your behalf as a great employable candidate.

Apparently those people have schedule of can't be contacted directly. It's always been I leave my information and will contact when one these mysterious service providers are there. There's two people on staff and on is desk person who checks you and another who sets up the appointments. They tell me they will contact me when someone is available so we can schedule a meeting and weeks go by and I go down there again (It's close by) and go through the same all over again! I 'm not sure what exactly is going on on down there: It's all promises- no delivery.

The contracts she has assigned to me are not only well accommodated for the skillset I've obtained in all my previous jobs but all are friendly and unique working environments! With amazing perks. Not only was i recommended to van by another officeteam member at a different location, they informed me how she is and how awesome she is! When applying and wanting to work in officeteam i highly recommend contacting and speaking to her first. The other representatives are nice and new. Hi van thank you for all the amazing assignments you are the best!

Told me that she was forwarding my resume onto a couple of her colleagues as well and should be hearing from them next week. That next week came and went with not a peep from anyone at Robert Half. Called the Monday after, took almost 4 minutes for someone to pick up. And then had to leave a voicemail for Gretchen. She did not return. So tried her again on Wednesday... (side note: who ever answers the phones should never answer the phones) shocking voicemail again. It is now Thursday and 2 weeks since Gretchen initially called me and not a single peep from anyone at Robert Half. I understand my background is niche but take my skills & qualifications and utilize those in your pitch. Or call and get to know a bit about me to help too. Absolutely do not recommend Robert Half. They want easy clients, so they can just hand over your resume and collect the commission. You're better off submitting directly to companies and at least get a higher rate rather than low balled due to the commission the company would have to pay RH.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you end up using Michelle, it will ruin all other agencies for you…read more I am a professional career nanny. I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !
