This is one of the lesser-known employment agencies in the area. I had a chance to visit them…read morebecause I applied for a position they advertised online. Upon my arrival, I was given a small stack of paperwork I needed to date and sign relating to the client company where I was to be assigned. Once that was completed, they had me go to a vacant computer to fill out more forms, this time pertaining to my personal information. When the electronic forms were all done, I had to take a typing test. The computer I used to take the typing test was S L O W and could not keep up with my typing speed on the keyboard. The website for the typing test also kept generating lots of pop-up ads which slowed me down even further. I took the test a number of times before I got a passing/satisfactory score. Drug testing was also required, so I was given a small plastic container and led to the restroom, where I gave a urine sample. Finally, I watched an introductory/safety video which was required viewing for all new applicants. Before I left, the recruiter said she would contact me on the following Monday (this was on a Friday when I came in) so that I could start work on Tuesday. When Monday came around, I never received a call, so I called them before the end of the day to find out what was going on. I was told by another recruiter (the one I originally dealt with was out of the office) that they were going to have a meeting with the client company to find out how many people were needed (or something to that effect). Needless to say, I was NOT happy! X-( Lastly, I got a call that Friday letting me know I will be working the following Tuesday at the client company, a local non-profit. Overall, this agency did as they promised. However, I took away a star for being given erroneous information. They shouldn't be telling applicants these things unless they were TRUTHFUL! I took away another star because the computer I used to take the typing test was slow and full of pop-ups. Employment agencies can be helpful in a job search, but I truly feel you're better off finding a job on your own.

The service that they provide is really incredible and professional. I have been through several other agencies in the past and I must say Kimco has been the most reliable job agency that I've ever used. Everyone there is very friendly and so helpful. My job recruiter Susie is so amazing at what she does and always has my best interest. She has been there for me and worked tirelessly to get me working. I am so grateful for her and for the other Kimco employees like Yemi and Martha who have always assisted me with whatever I needed, whether it was getting paid on time or sending messages, etc... Since day one they're professionalism has truly stood out from the rest. I am very confident in Kimco and will forever be grateful to this company, especially to the staff members that I mentioned. They work hard and are dedicated employees. They are well-trained, trusted and provide a great service to people like me and countless others looking for employment opportunities. Mark A. Barger

This is the most horrific excuse for an employment agency that I have ever dealt with…read more I was recruited to work as a Field Service Technician during the LA County elections in May/June 2026. Communication was atrocious throughout the weeks long onboarding process. I was told I would be assigned to a vote center within 20 miles of my home. That was false. I resigned and was later offered a position at a vote center 30+ miles from home with a promise that mileage would be paid. I began reaching out to them on May 30 to let them know I could not enter my hours because no assignment had been properly set up in their system. I had to make over 50 phone calls and send dozens of emails to get the timecard issue, mileage pay, and other payroll issues addressed. I was not properly paid or paid on time despite following up multiple times. In the end, these idiots ended up overpaying me and made me pay the price for their incompetence. I then had to spend more of my time and money to return the funds via wire transfer. Turns out their Treasury dept. is in India!! Huge red flag. Their corporate office is as unresponsive as this branch. I emailed them many times and never once received any acknowledgement or response. When you call their corporate office, the agents are hostile, lacking in knowledge, lie to you, tell you they will follow up with you, and then are never heard from again. Many times they would pretend to transfer you and just hang up the phone. They send you constant micromanaging texts while you are on assignment, but as soon as you have a problem and need assistance, there is none to be found. You will be passed over to multiple different people who will promise to help but never do. I reached out to Quenyha Preciado, Jenny Tran, Rick Martinez, Lissete Rivera, the Akkodis Team, Adecco Corporate, and the Branch Manager Denise Castellano multiple times, to name a few. 99% of them would never respond or just lied and said they would take care of it without actually doing anything. Why did I need to reach out that many times over nearly three weeks to fix something that should have been very simple if people were actually doing their jobs properly? Through all that they put me through, I heard a single apology from Denise. Hours of my time wasted and frustrated because of their incompetence. To add insult to injury, my car's check engine light came on during my drive home from my last day on assignment. The repair ended up costing me all of what I had earned and then some. I have had to file a wage claim with the state to recover penalties for the late payments, which were late due to no fault of my own. That process is a hell itself and takes years to pay out. If I truly hated someone and wanted to make their life miserable, I would recommend they work with Adecco.
