They have been a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. I've requested their service three times since we moved in. Once for an assessment, once fir a problem and today to move forward with two of their recommendations. Their crew were great guys, polite, respectful and very neat and clean. Every area that they had to walk on was covered and vacuumed when they left. We had a crew of four and all were excellent. The main point of contact for us is Cory. He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person. I recommend highly and plan on using them going forward. If I could rate 6 stars, I would.

They serviced it and cooled us off for the sweltering weekend. They would not even let me pay for the service call at that time since they thought we were going to need a new unit soon. Had to have them back shortly and they installed a new heat pump in place of our dying AC. The heat pump that Tom recommended cools our home very well and has drastically cut our heating bill in the winter just as Tom said it would. They know their stuff they are honest, hard-working and respond quickly when you need them. Just had another AC and coils replaced at a different house and they saved us from another heat wave in superhero fashion. They are very fair and pricing is more than reasonable. They stand behind their work and they get it done quickly. I think from all of my interactions with them over the past few summers that I can actually call Tom a friend not just my AC guy. It's great to have friends in the AC business in the summertime!! I give Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating my highest recommendation!!

We first heard about A/C Lady on the Nextdoor website, and with summer right around the corner, we…read moredecided it was the perfect time to have our A/C system checked to make sure it was ready for the Texas heat. On April 7, 2026, we scheduled an appointment and spoke with Melissa, the receptionist and appointment coordinator. She was incredibly sweet and polite, and set us up with a service window between 1 PM and 3 PM with their top technician, Nathan. Right on time, Nathan arrived at our home. He was friendly, professional, and had a warm, welcoming demeanor. He worked quickly yet thoroughly, answered all of our questions patiently, and carefully explained his findings after completing the inspection. He confirmed the A/C was working well but noted it had lost about a pound of R22 refrigerant, which has been discontinued. He explained that the unit would eventually need to be replaced and walked us through all of our options without any sales pressure. The inspection lasted about an hour and a half, and his attention to detail was impressive. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with replacing the unit. We coordinated with Michael and scheduled installation for Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9 AM. Today was installation day, and A/C Lady sent their elite installation team--Edgar, David, Daniel, and Juan. These four worked like a team twice their size. They were fast, efficient, organized, and operated like a well-oiled machine. Each person knew their role and executed it flawlessly. Shortly after the installation was complete, Michael stopped by to personally inspect the work, which we really appreciated. We are extremely impressed with A/C Lady. Every employee who came to our home was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately it seems to blow most of the technicians I have hired minds? I reached out to Walker HVAC after reading the reviews. I called there office after posted hours yet the service manager answered politely. Upon listening to my issues with the system and my experience with other technicians he put on hold for a moment then returned to inform me that the Owner had taken interest in the problem and would come out in the morning to get to the bottom of the problem. As promised Jon Gonzalez came out the next morning and found out what the problem was within the hour. I can't speak to the fees yet because I have not received the bill however I suspect that the rates will be fair. Thanks to Jon and Walker HVAC I can live in my home in comfort over the Father's Day weekend. Many of the top techs I had reached out to were booked a week out for a simple service call. If the price comes back fair, Walker has a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Mr. Gonzalez! you did me a real favor.
