Starting with the friendliest and most astute phone representatives I've experienced. They were so polite and accurate, assuring me throughout the entire process that i was in good hands. I felt the value of this. Erika, Akira & Cheniya will absolutely blow you away. Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. I cannot stress enough the tremendous value this company brings to me and my family as a homeowner in Florida. Thank you Expedited Heat and Air, from the bottom of my heart!

We have had them come out twice in the last month - we have two units and two handlers (two-story house). Nothing can ever be repaired, which I find very suspicious. The tech seems nice, but when we first called to inquire on their service to our upstairs unit, they told us they needed to replace our Goodman A/C unit "with the exact same thing you have" only to come back the next day and find they replaced it with a Tuttokool unit. And the second time the came out (for the other unit), they said the handler and the ac unit BOTH had to be replaced, for $8500. I called to inquire why the replaced the old Goodman brand ac unit with Tuttokool, and they just stated that they ac unit was outdated and the one we had was no longer current with new compressor laws. Plausible, but weird. They didn't see any problem in how the presented the words "replacement", and I probably should have voiced a concern that the replacement would be the exact same brand and look. But, alas - I did not and that's probably on me. I know the house is 20 years old, but - what the chances both break within the same month and now the second unit and handler have to be replaced? Service response time is great, but I am not convinced they are being truthful to all their customers.

I looked online at DIY options but decided to go ahead and look for a full service since we hadn't done that in a year. I found Boyette Air and saw it was reviewed highly on Google Reviews so gave them a call. Rick answered right away and had just left the shop so took my phone number and had Steve call me. I talked to Steve around 9am and explained the issue and he was out at the house by 10:30am. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the drain and fixed it and took the time to explain to me how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. He also took a look at the rest of the system and noticed the capacitor on the outside unit was dated and of poor quality and felt that it would fail very soon. I don't know much about HVAC so he took the time to explain to me what it does and why he felt like it needed to be replaced so I went ahead with the replacement. Of course the last thing my family wants with a 2 and 4 year old in the house is a broken down A/C in the middle of the Florida summer, so I trusted him on this. Overall, the guys at Boyette Air were extremely responsive, friendly, efficient, and did everything in a timely manner. It was very affordable, as well. Living in Ohio for several years we had to have HVAC companies out often for both A/C and Heater issues so we kind of got a sense for what things typically cost, and the prices that Boyette Air charged me were extremely fair. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the Riverview/Gibsonton/Brandon/Valrico area.

My lucky day finding these guys! Called and within a few hours Steve and Tyler (no Aerosmith pun…read moreintended) were at my house. With their experience they knew I needed a new blower motor just by the events before the system went down. Recognizing I could have a parts warranty of 10 years on the unit, Steve called in and verified I registered and got a free motor replacement saving me $600. Not only that, they went and picked up the new motor and Tyler went to work installing it ALL on the same service call. Friendly, great people with reasonable charges on labor... when your looking for honest neighbors taking care of neighbors in Riverview.... this is your Heat and Air company.

Dear Future Customers, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING A DIFFERENT COMPANY. Jesus Called me on Friday…read moreevening setting up an appt with me for Sunday at 1pm, HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I called him and left two voice mails and nothing. I then followed up again Monday Afternoon and he finally answered and stated oh I though someone went out to help you. Jesus then arrives at my home and asked for a ladder so he can go into the attic. Less then 10 minutes go by and he comes out stating he resolved the issue and requested payment. An hour and a half after leaving mom house is still 87 degrees. I proceeded to call Jesus to come back since the issue is not resolved and he stated ahh I don't think you need me to but maybe I can come tomorrow or something. I stated please come back now my ac is still not working and I paid you to fix the issue, he then hangs up on me. I texted him photos proof that my home is still at 87 and he responds ok, I said please come back and complete the work he states ok Im coming. He arrives an asked again for my ladder mind you it's a small household one so only about 3 ft tall, then proceeded to ask for help getting into the attic ( how did he fix the problem the first time if you couldn't get in the attic) started messing around with the unit to find out my motor is blown (again I thought you resolved the issue). Jesus then states he will send the information to my warranty company for it to be approved and will come back the next day to make the repair that these motors blow so easy since they are cheap and normally don't last longer than 6 months to a year. An hour later my company calls me and states they will not approve the repair request because the tech stated it was my fault that the motor was blown, and I'd have to make an appt with Jesus to pay out of pocket for him to make the repair. I then called Jesus and he stated he told them that because of my ac filter and when I asked him how much it would cost to make the repair, he said oh I don't know ill have to find out if I have to guess maybe 1200$ I was like is that parts and labor or parts only he said well maybe 300-600$ I don't know. He couldn't give me a straight answer. I requested a quote and still have yet to receive the price information, so I had my Brother call him whom is licensed in HVAC and he told my brother that he never told us 1200$ that he said 200-300$ and that he didn't know what kind of unit it was or how come the motor or the module wasn't working, and that he told the company it was my fault so he wouldn't loose his license. He changed his answers multiple times and was quick to receive payment and not resolve the issues at hand. I strongly recommend you do research before choosing to go with this company!!!!! I will not be calling him to make these repairs especially since he still not even sure what the real issue is! Please be aware of someone whom will scam you!!!

on 7/18/21 I bought and paid for units and installation and warranty of 2 brand new Bryant A/C…read moreunits. (I was dumb enough to pay in full) DO NOT PAY IN FULL prior to work done.) I learned my lesson there. Jesus and his 2 children and wife installed the downstairs unit. He broke his foot, and due to surgery said he wouldnt be able to install the other unit for 6 weeks. He said he would "try" to find someone else who could do the install. That didnt happen. 6 weeks passed by, then he said 2 more weeks. that passed by. He will not answer calls, only sporadic texts messages. He will not commit to a date to return and install the 2nd unit. 3 months has now passed by since I paid for this service. Very unhappy, as I have not been treated as a valued customer, and have been ghosted on installation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
