Delicious lunch here! The interior was modern and clean, loved the plants everywhere. The service was fast, the fish was fresh and there were a lot of options for sauce. I chose wasabi citrus and a garlic sauce. Both were very flavorful and contrasted each other well. Lots of toppings to add and everything was very fresh. The regular bowl was a very decent sized portion too!

I came by to pick up lunch for myself. I ordered half rice, half salad, regular size. With salmon and tuna. Half the sauce (washing citrus and eel). I like to taste more of the ingredients and the sauces can be overwhelming. You can have as much toppings as you'll like. The staff were super nice and quick. The avocado and masago eggs were a dollar extra each and she explained that before putting in my bowl with my confirmation. As you can tell with the photo, they really filled it up to the brim. You can easily make a regular bowl into two meals. The quality of the food fits the pricing. The salmon and tuna were super soft and fleshy. The only changes I would do is to chop the lettuce up more and dice the avocado before putting it in the bowl (to the owner, I think it's fine to leave half avocado in the tub but dice it after confirming with the customer that they want it to avoid any fruit waste). It'll be easier to eat with the other ingredients in the bowl. Sometimes I'll flick myself with some other food bits when trying to get the lettuce under the toppings. I did pick up only but the place looked clean and I love the fact they had some live plants near the front. They looked well kept and healthy so that tells me they take meticulous care of their restaurant in the front. Parking is free and out front. The roads in the plaza is kind of a round maze so make sure to pay attention to stop signs.

Pretty fresh; you're going to be spending about $15-20 a person here. Bona tea and obviously poke. Cooked and uncooked options. My own recommendation is to choose 1 sauce (not 2) and ask for a light coat; depending on who you get the sauce dump can get a little heavy for my taste if you're keeping it light only for taste vs texture Friendly staff and the internet is fast; quiet enough to work here if you need to. Ambient had fresh plants so the air cleans itself better. Only down side is the unisex bathroom. Not much else to say, solid and professional place to be eating at.

Has to be one of my favorites in Katy! The staff was fantastic and so incredibly friendly. The generous given was very generous & the ingredients were so fresh. Loved my bowl!

This place is owned by very sweet Vietnamese people. We come here often and every time they load up our poke bowls (very worth the price). 10/10 recommended they're also so sweet and they also have really good boba options.

Yellowtail and spicy salmon - Build Your Own Poke Bowl (Regular)

This is the best poke spot in Richmond! I've been here three different times, and the food is always good. Normally, I've ordered a regular size poke bowl, which is two scoops of a base, two scoops of protein, and other toppings and sauces. The yellowtail is well worth the extra dollar, and I really like the spicy salmon I've had as well. The wasabi citrus sauce is always a good option for anyone who can handle the extra kick, but the house sauce is another go-to for me. I think the staff is always nice when I visit, and it's usually clean inside the restaurant. I hope more people know how great this place is, especially when there aren't a lot of other options for poke on this side of town.

What a hidden gem! I'm thrilled to have discovered this charming mom-and-pop poke spot! I visited on a Saturday night, and although it was a bit quiet, the service was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised that the large bowl is genuinely larger than the regular size--unlike some places. I enjoyed salmon, tuna, and scallops, all of which were fresh and delicious. As a bonus, they also offered me a complimentary miso soup with my large bowl! I'm definitely returning and hoping this place stays around for a long time!

We just paid $17 for a regular sized bowl of poke that included an extra scoop of crab meat & avocado. Not sure how that happened.

We happened to go on Monday as well, where they had Musubi Mondays and it was only $1 per musubi! Usually $3 something, $1 was a steal. We got the spam musubi and katsu musubi; both were delicious despite the late hours.

Today I visited this restaurant for a to-go order. While the food had some highlights--the sauce on…read morethe barbecue chicken was really good--I did have a few concerns about the overall experience. When I first walked in, the only front of house staff member on duty didn't acknowledge me and continued changing the trash bag for several minutes, while I was at the counter, before assisting me. There was no greeting either during my initial interaction or when I came back in to grab napkins for my order. This felt a little off in terms of customer service and I imagine it's not the experience the owner would want guests to have. The dining area was very hot, even with portable AC units running--it felt a bit like a sauna, which is why I decided to get my order to go. I also noticed the front door is quite difficult to open (there's even a sign warning you about it), which makes the first impression a bit awkward. As for the food, I was a little let down by the spam musubi, which came out soggy, but the barbecue chicken itself was tasty thanks to the sauce. I think with a few improvements--especially in customer service and comfort--the experience here could be much better. I would try again in hopes that today was just a one off experience.

Everything we had was flavorful, delicious, and all the meat was moist! I can't wait to come back and I'm sad it took me so long to find this place! Highly recommend!! Service was helpful and friendly. The restaurant felt very clean, spacious, and modern with a lot of natural light. They brought our food out to our table and gave us napkins and utensils, so we didn't have to get up and get them ourselves. Absolutely a great dining experience! The portions are also big! My bf and I each got a Hawaiian Favorite combo and couldn't finish them. The entrees are easily two servings for me, so it's a great value! The containers the food comes in are microwavable too, so extra bonus points for easy reheating! If you do manage to finish an entree in one sitting though, you will be stuffed! It wasn't mentioned on the menu, but there's steamed/sautéed cabbage under the meat. It looked a little deceiving because I thought it was just a huge pile of meat, only to find cabbage under. Thankfully, I love cabbage and appreciated that there were veggies to balance the heaviness of all the meat. That being said, there was still a lot of meat, just not as much as it looked like at first. They also give you little containers of sauce depending on which entree you get, which really enhanced the meal. If you get bbq beef or chicken, you get a delicious, sweet, Hawaiian bbq sauce. If you get the chicken katsu, you get a sauce that resembles sweet and sour. If you get a combo that has both bbq meat and chicken katsu, you get both sauces. I poured the sauce over the rice to season the plain white rice, then poured the rest on the meat even though it didn't really need it. BBQ CHICKEN: Moist, flavorful, and delicious!! Comes in small to large chunks. BBQ BEEF: Moist, flavorful, and delicious!! Comes in thin slices. CHICKEN KATSU: Moist! Fresh, crunchy breading! Tastes better with the sweet and sour-like sauce provided than on its own. KALBI SHORT RIBS: Delicious! Moist! Has fatty bits, unlike the bbq beef, which I really liked! Very similar, if not the same, flavor as the bbq beef. MACARONI SALAD: Delicious and flavorful! Tastes just like potato salad.

I was pleased with the Katsu plate and the katsu sauce was good. The bbq mixed plate was a miss. I haven't seen a short rib so thin in my life. The Teri sauce definitely helped. As for the macaroni salad, it did nothing for me...at least the food is priced decently. The service also a big F . I felt NO Aloha.

The food here is WAY overpriced. A BBQ mix from L&L in California, a more expensive state, is only $16. Here, it's $20. For basically half the portion size and quality. Food was ... not great. My katsu was cold and tasted like it wasn't fresh. Was given a small handful of BBQ chicken that looked like leftovers. And I couldn't even get a full scoop of rice! Place didn't have sriracha, which is basically a staple for Hawaiian BBQ. They only had Tabasco, which I can't imagine tasting good on this type of food at all. Definitely disappointed and will not be back.
