I must have just drawn the short stick but the women I spoke to on the phone sounded crappy as soon as she answered with an attitude. I paid 17$ for 3 day shipping and the package is getting here late due to the holiday which I definitely understand but it's taking a week to get a package so I called to see if I could change the shipping and it was a no. And when I called to ask if I could get the shipping money back because it's guaranteed delivery she said no also, and that it is what it is. I'm puzzled and slightly bemused by the negative reviews. They are all really strangely specific or strangely vague. I've ordered from AIM regularly for over 12 years, everything from complete firearms to parts to ammo and mags. I've never had a problem. Prices are always good, shipping is reasonably fast, and they have never made a mistake on mt orders. I've never had reason to complain. Ever. I have purchased everything from ammo, to optics to firearms through AIM. This company earned my business for life when they refused to gouge prices in late 2012 early 2013. When other companies were charging $100 for a single AR mag, AIM held true and continued to sell them at the normal prices. They proved by their actions that they support the 2A community they service. The only thing i would like to see them add is some tactical gear. Not what was advertised nor what I wanted. After back and forth they said would refund shipping. Nothing for transfer fee or time/materials in cleaning. Not even discount on future purchase. I have purchased from all of the major online distributors, and AIM is by far the best of them all. I have spent over 5 grand with them over the years, and never had a single problem. Not only that, but their grading for their surplus equipment is severely underrated(a good in their opinion is a very good to everyone else). Purchased a Rifle With Five Mags. Had an Issue with two of the mags. This Particular Rifle had a bolt hold open feature that wouldn't operate with two of the Five magazines. After contacting Customer Support, I printed a return form off their website, wrote a brief description and shipped them back. Got two functional mags back USPS within 2 weeks. A little aggravating having to return the two mags. But The Way they handled it was Stand Up, they addressed the issue immediately and the customer support was friendly. I placed an order today for an AR. $1400 bucks. Walk in their store at 4pm, and give the receipt and say I'd like to pick it up. They said it's too late in the day, they close at 5 and they can't do a background check because their background site is crashing, all the while they are running background checks of others in front of me. I told them or never heard of a business not selling their product during showroom hours. Why post business showroom hours if they won't honor them? Who tells a customer to come back? They have showroom hours but they will not sell to foot traffic (without a reservation). They requested I make an appointment. Since they won't sell me the rifle while I stand there in front of them, I told them to canceled the order, that can be the only logical conclusion. This business is asinine to tell a customer who walks in to come back the next day to take their money. Don't bother going to see their showroom because they won't sell you firearms without an appointment. In my opinion those hours are a shame. I would avoid this business. I was a customer and I will never come back. And an unrelated note, I heard from social media they had a security breach. I never received a notice from Aim even though I was a customer. I learned this from social media. This is not the kind of business you want to deal with. They had personal data stolen and they never bothered to notify their past customers or at least me. I will be contacting the AG about this. In conclusion if I could give negative numbers in this review I would. I went to target world and bought the rifle that Aim requested I come back the next day for. They (target world) also said the background checks are running fine for them contrary to Aim stating the website crashing. Again would avoid this business. read more

I've ordered from them a few times. Same low prices. Fast services. And when something was out of stock, I was contacted within a reasonable time with such information. Although, I went to place an order last night. Ordered a pistol upper. It wanted me to upload a photo of my ID. Which I understand. But, it didn't upload. I tried three times. And, I received three emails for different orders. Lol. My goof. Sucks that it didn't upload. But hey. They're ensuring that they aren't selling stuff to kids or Isis.
