When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. Instead, she suggested a similar style that would suit my natural brows better--and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was very gentle, took her time, and made sure everything looked great. I wholeheartedly trust Sandy and her expertise in terms of shape and color. Whenever I look back at photos of my eyebrows before Sandy, I cringe a little bit and needless to say I'm very grateful Sandy did her thang and gave me some eyebrows! For my most recent experience, I went in for my 24+ month touch up and Sandy was in the shop waiting for me. I told her I felt like I didn't retain as much color as I had hoped last time, and told her areas of my concern where I don't grow as much hair. Sandy listened (most importantly, she did not get defensive about my concerns) and when she was done with the touch up, it was apparent that she had addressed my concerns. The whole process took a little less than an hour and a half. The "most painful" part was when she outlines the eyebrow without the numbing cream. She describes it as feeling like little scratches, and I agree. This pain felt like a 1/10 - my partner's dog scratches me harder than that. Once the numbing cream is on, you can't feel a single thing. Sandy is very gentle and will check in with you to see how you're doing throughout the process. She is so easy to chat with and the time flies by. One thing she's always done every single time I've seen her is show me that she's using a new needle when it is still in it's packaging. After the eyebrows are completed, Sandy goes over the aftercare steps with you and then follows up with an email. She is very great at answering all questions. I texted Sandy in advance to see if she accepts credit card, and she quickly responded she accepts Zelle, or if I choose to pay via cc then there is a 3% processing fee. I opted to use Zelle and she had her QR code already printed out in the studio which I found very helpful. I could write a novel about how much I enjoy Sandy and her work. I'd love to gate keep her, but that wouldn't be fair to her!

I have always wanted to get my eyebrows done ( and my eyeliner) so I wouldn't have to do much work every day, especially now being a busy mom. I didn't know what to do, where do start etc. Until I came across Sandiee's page on social media. I liked what I saw, I kept observing for months, researching, then I mustered the courage to set an appointment. Her salon did not disappoint. Clean, white, spacious, cute, bright, comfortable, and relaxing. The process was seamless. She designed my eyebrows based on my natural shape, confirmed I liked them, then did a tint, numbed me with topical cream, then did the ombré tat. Done! No pain! You notice she's performing her artistry on you but it does not hurt. She checks in and asks if you feel uncomfortable she applies more topical. Now let me explain my pictures. I had very faint eyebrows. Light hair and I had to pencil them in. Then I would tint them on the weekends to make them look fuller. Booorrree! Second picture is Oct 10,2024 when I first got them done. Woo! Then I went for my 6-8 week recommended touch up. Nov 21. Love them even more. They healed and all great. They healed well and all was great. Time passed and I noticed something I wanted corrected. I contacted Sandiee and she was more than happy to discuss and make sure I was happy with my eyebrows and service. I went today 2/4/2026 and I got another touch up and correction and once again I am one happy customer. Thank you, Sandiee! My mom got them done. Ley is so sweet and super knowledgable. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I love that she tells you about all the products she uses on your face before she puts it on and what the benefits are. She only uses high quality products for the facials and it shows on the skin. A last minute appointment at the end of the day. I was glad to get my brows done today. A much…read moreneeded clean up and a first for lamination and tinting. Started in a private room for the lamination (about 1/2 hour) then back out into the common area for the tinting then threading. A very simple process and relaxing. This is supposed to last for about 6 weeks so we shall see. By the way, the scent of the lamination might be strong for some - reminded me of hair dye. The smell only lasted when it was applied then it was gone while we let it sit. Salon is clean and spacious. Parking out front and there's an entire lot of the shopping center. Give this place a try! I'll be back.

I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy.
