we were hearing noises in the house that were coming from the roof and wanted whatever was up there removed. My husband talked to aim and told John that he thought it was a raccoon on the roof based on the sounds. John looked in the roof and where the animal was getting and told him it was a squirrel and put up a trap for a week. At the end of the week he took his trap with nothing in it and said he had sealed the entry point and invoice us $325.00. We paid and went on vacation the next day, we came back from vacation two weeks later to the same sounds before we left, my husband contacted John again and told asked him to come out again and take a look. John said he was too busy removing bats and that we should find another company to remove the animal. The day after we saw a raccoon sticking his head out of the entry point that John was supposed to have fixed. We called wildlife management services, they trapped a raccoon within two days and kept their traps on the roof for the next two weeks, they have also properly sealed the entry point. My husband has also called John and asked him for a refund of some kind since he did not do the Job that he was hired for that was over three weeks ago and no word from John. John should take some lessons on customer service and how to trap from these wildlife management services. read more
