This review is for UPS Corporate…read more I ordered product from France. The full purchase price was $117.85 The tariff, taxes & fees was $277.00 which I already paid! This seems excessive, when the tariff from France is 20% and the UPS handling fee is $41.00. I beleive I was over charged: 117.00 @ 20% = $23.40 UPS Handling @ $41.00 Total $64.40 I believe I should receive a refund of $212.60? I have submitted a claim through the Better Business Bureau!

I had a huge order to return since I just adopted a new baby. She had the most sour attitude towards me like I was putting her out. I tried explaining why I had so many returns to lighten the hostile mood but was completely ignored. She saw someone she knew behind me and was so overly nice to them. While I was trying to find the email for a return I let them go ahead of me. She was as happy as could be to help them. She wished them a blessed day and wonderful weekend. Then I go to continue my order and she is back to being hateful. So I walk out without being told anything. No Have a great weekend, Have a BLESSED DAY, HAHA NOTHING. Im so shook up I went directly to write this review and im sitting in my car and this HORRIBLE woman comes outside and knocks on my window!!!! Are you FREAKING kidding me? She asked if something was wrong while I was in there and I said no because I dont like confrontation. But I did get her name. So TIFFANY thank you so much for being so rude to a new mother who finally got out of the house to return some orders.

Put an online order in the week of the 18th of September. 2 items. Ordered and came back within 15…read moreminutes that order was ready except one item. Don't know how it's ready if it's less than the one item. So check what's missing and it's a shopping box. At the time of ordering there were 19 in stock. When the email say the order was ready/not ready came in it was still at 19 in stock. So knowing farewell someone had not looked was probable. So since one item was ready I made the trip and went inside. Boxes were in there place, will Billy due to customers not putting them where they belong. Still amount showing 19 in stock. So I fetched up a worker to look for me. Grab a ladder and 45 seconds later, walla. There's the box. Which told me the searcher didn't search enough. Gone are the days where work ethic is gone and laziness has taken over.
