Everything seemed great when I brought my items in to be shipped. I was greeted politely, in a…read morefriendly and efficient manner. Boxing and shipping were arranged. I was provided with a receipt that had the tracking number. My shipment was to be delivered in three business days. I insured the shipment for $300 to cover some expensive items. I was traveling and two days later I tried to check on the progress of my package. The tracking number was not accepted. This made me concerned. I called the UPS store and I was on hold with a recording that stated over and over that someone would be with me momentarily. I let my phone go while I was taking care of other things. A half hour later the recording was still going. Nevertheless, the packages arrived on time, well wrapped, protected and in pristine condition. I would have given five stars but they made me worry. I still don't know what my recourse would have been had my package not gotten delivered.

When you call the speak to someone they do not speak good English and the say "and" and "um" a thousand times they were not helpful. I asked for a phone to the Memphis Oak haven hub and they told me that there was not a number!!! No way there is not a phone in that building. People started using UPS bc USPS was losing packages. We pay for a package to be delivered overnight it you should be delivered.
