This review is for UPS Corporate. I ordered product from France. The full purchase price was $117.85 The tariff, taxes & fees was $277.00 which I already paid! This seems excessive, when the tariff from France is 20% and the UPS handling fee is $41.00. I beleive I was over charged: 117.00 @ 20% = $23.40 UPS Handling @ $41.00 Total $64.40 I believe I should receive a refund of $212.60? I have submitted a claim through the Better Business Bureau! read more

Just charged me $3.45 to print an Amazon label. Excessive to print a piece of paper that Amazon is paying to ship back.

The middle age woman with grayish short hair is absolutely rude and has no business dealing with the public. Nasty attitude so many times I have been in here. I am finally leaving a review. I was trying to return several boxes in which a company had send me return labels for with an infant in tow. She made me to feel like I was an issue and then told me she could not use the labels. I drove to the Hernando store and they took care of mailing the packages with the labels the olive branch store told me I could not use. I will be going to any other UPS store than Olive Branch that I am able to from here on out. read more

I am so thankful to have this store locally. The two young men that work in the afternoon when the store is the busiest are so polite and professional. The line can be out the door and they manage a polite exchange with each person, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the parking. it can be very difficult to find a spot and not a easy in easy out situation. read more

The customer service at the Olive Branch location is superb! The employees are wonderful! I had about ten Amazon returns at one time and Katie was so friendly and patient with me. She helped me with the return when I messed up with Amazon. She was a problem solver. Shane is always super friendly and always helpful when I walk in the door. Deunta is very professional, and like Katie, was so patient and kind as I tried to navigate the return process. Lastly, Carol knows her stuff. She is always willing to help. The work ethic of this crew gives me so much hope with Gen Zs. They are young and willing to bend over backwards to make the Amazon return process simple with no stress. They are hard workers, professional, and always have smiles on their faces. They deserve to be commended for their amazing customer service!! read more

The woman that works here is rude! Her overall attitude shows her customer service attitude. Maybe she owns this store, maybe not, but regardless she doesn't smile, raises her voice, etc. This is the 2nd time she has acted a certain way. The other employee that was there actually apologized to me for her. I will not be going back. I will just go to the Collierville location. read more

I called the location to see if I needed to make an appointment to get an i9 completed by thier notary. The lady on the phone was nice enough. She said I could walk in no apt needed. When I do walk in, I have a couple other packages to send and do so. The lady who is assisting me is also the lady I spoke with over the phone. I seemed to be inconveniencing her as there was someone who walked in the store behind me. She then tells me that her notary cannot help me complete the i9 and the notary gives me some nonsensical reason as to why she can't assist me in filling out the form. I'm not sure why I, a regular long time customer of UPS was such a hassle to people who are paid to help me with these kinds of things. I will be going to FedEx! read more
