I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.

The staff were friendly but the company was not very professional:…read more1) the website doesn't let you sign up as a new customer (you need some kind of customer ID number) 2) i called and gave very clear instructions but the lady ended up incorrectly recording the contact info for the person who handed them the documents to deliver.... she just selected a random person they had done business with in the same building in the past even though i told her that was not correct (she went ahead and did it anyway) 3) they forgot to charge me (so i wasn't sure if my order was even submitted properly)... had to call back to find out she had forgotten to submit it 4) they were 30 minutes late even though i paid extra for the express delivery... 5) when the person handing them the document called to ask where they were they said they had no record of our delivery 6) I told them that it had to be delivered by 5pm but they finally delivered it at 5:30pm.... Will not be using them for important business again.
