The staff were friendly but the company was not very professional:…read more1) the website doesn't let you sign up as a new customer (you need some kind of customer ID number) 2) i called and gave very clear instructions but the lady ended up incorrectly recording the contact info for the person who handed them the documents to deliver.... she just selected a random person they had done business with in the same building in the past even though i told her that was not correct (she went ahead and did it anyway) 3) they forgot to charge me (so i wasn't sure if my order was even submitted properly)... had to call back to find out she had forgotten to submit it 4) they were 30 minutes late even though i paid extra for the express delivery... 5) when the person handing them the document called to ask where they were they said they had no record of our delivery 6) I told them that it had to be delivered by 5pm but they finally delivered it at 5:30pm....
