Now they want to charge $1400 A MONTH to make sure it's secure... BUT THEY SOLD ME THE EQUIPMENT! This is highly UNETHICAL as well as immoral, IMO. It's a shame during such hard times that ppl and their companies will try to take advantage of others! This use to be a decent company but it seems like ethics left when Covid came, I'm not sure but I'd definitely say LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!

I have only been to Memphis once and don't know much at all about the city. I called her favorite bakery to see if they deliver, they do not but they recommended Blue Sky Couriers. I gave them a call this morning about delivering cupcakes today. I spoke with Steven who was friendly and made sure that he had all the info he needed to make sure the cupcakes got to her today. It was a very reasonable cost to get a dozen cupcakes to my sister's dorm and they got them there very quickly for a same day request...within two hours after I first called them. I expect I will use them again as my sister has 2.5 more years left before she graduates!

I chose Elite Cleaning Team because a friend/neighbor recommended them to me. She has used them…read morefor quite some time and through 3 moves. It was an easy decision after my first meeting with them. They are as professional as it gets! I noticed the care they took walking through my home - even picking up the kitchen chair, instead of sliding it under the table. The ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home this week. I like the rotation cleaning option that they offer. One room is deep cleaned each visit so that after a period of a few months, each room has had a deep cleaning. We need that with a big dog and three children! I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.

We used this company for more than a year. They started out ok, but increasingly became sloppy…read more They left lights on, left streaks on mirrors, left our shower curtain barely hanging on, would forget to put things back in their original place, leave their trash (not ours) on our counter and more. They also would cause minor damage and not report it such as torn blinds or ripped rugs. We gave constant feedback and the very last time we had them over, were promised a $25 discount. When I returned home I found they didn't clean our upstairs at all. I quickly reached out and got no reason on why this happened and they took it upon themselves to come back on their schedule that wasn't a convenient time for me. Worse part - they didn't delay at all cashing that check. I paid them for services not received, so they helped themselves to a $40+ tip that was not deserved. We should have cut them loose a long time ago. They were not worth the stress.
