Alex Brown Your review SJ Wooley 1 review a day ago NEW I just called this company to get an estimate for packing my home for a move. A young man answered the phone and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. After greeting him, I asked for his pricing on packing? He stopped me mid sentence and said what kind of packing-dishes. Tried to continue my conversation, but again was cut off with him trying to rudely explain his business. When he took a breath, I told him I understood and needed my home packed for a move. I then asked for his name and if he was the owner. He was very abrupt in telling me to be specific about what I wanted, but still didn't identify himself. I said ok, this is not starting out well. He continued to lecture me about the moving business. I tried to let him know I was familiar with it and as a retired executive, I had been moved 13 times by professional movers like United,Global and the likes, but he was not listening and was too busy trying to school me. I am taking the opportunity to let him know that it is important to listen to potential customers FIRST, so you don't lose out on potential clients. Share Response from the owner 2 hours ago We deal with so many profitable customers daily SJ. You will have to be more specific about packing and provide an inventory of whats all need to be packed to have a count of everything. Just by providing information "the entire home" isnt enough detail for a potential move. Call us back and provide SPECIFIC detail of whats needed to be packed. That way, there would be a clear xut understanding of whats all on the truck to avoid any kind of scams and disrupticies. Thanks for your concern. Text message - RCS Today 6:26 PM from +1(901) 801 - 9577 Could you give me a call concerning our conversation because we cant allow potential customers name calling to be booked or moved. Thanks. The guy stated you were disrespectful and called him "son". This guy. Is 50 years of age. And he also stated you wasnt being specific about your packing. You just said the entire home he stated. You have to provide a complete inventory of whats all going for your quote and logistics for your move. Sent from my iPhone Name calling? Sent from my iPhone No thanks, I want to do business with honest people that are professional and have integrity who also know the importance of doing business professionally. I have been an administrator for the government, a director for FedEx, a director for Time Warner and been a Managing Director in Europe for years. I was offering advice. I have moved on. A man 50 years old should know how to address potential customers by now. I am not interested in a peeing contest. Text message - RCS Today from +1(901) 801 - 9577 Well im not your son mam dont call me that. That wasnt lady like but defame my character on my business profile. Thats call scamming a personal. Sent from my iPhone Do not contact me any more. You are a buy and very unprofessional. If you continue to bother me I will file ALL necessary action against you and your business. You are a bully. Text message - RCS Today from +1(901) 801 - 9577 I asked very nicely at the time i was in Hammond louisian on a job that morning on these customers time clock. All you had to do was provide an inventory of whats all needed to be packed. Its a difference between packing and loading a truck. Packing means everything in boxes im talking about everything. Sent from my iPhone I am going to now take action against you because you continue to harass me.

So to boot, it just reaffirmed that we need to be mindful and make effort to support our local businesses especially black owned & minority owned. But the big message~they were just the best of the group period. So it's a matter of folks widening the scope and leveling the field for minority businesses to show how awesome they are!!
