Put an online order in the week of the 18th of September. 2 items. Ordered and came back within 15 minutes that order was ready except one item. Don't know how it's ready if it's less than the one item. So check what's missing and it's a shopping box. At the time of ordering there were 19 in stock. When the email say the order was ready/not ready came in it was still at 19 in stock. So knowing farewell someone had not looked was probable. So since one item was ready I made the trip and went inside. Boxes were in there place, will Billy due to customers not putting them where they belong. Still amount showing 19 in stock. So I fetched up a worker to look for me. Grab a ladder and 45 seconds later, walla. There's the box. Which told me the searcher didn't search enough. We came in to this store to get items and once we got to the counter we emptied the cart in front of the cashier. The amount was about $120 worth of products and my fiance forgot his card in the truck. As he was walking outside my son was still there waiting. The cashier told him to turn the basket around so she could look in. He asked her eBay was wrong and did she think he was trying to steal something. She said, "pretty much!" This is another excellent stop for teachers with EEF cards. They often have great sales on paper, printers, dry erase markers, and all kinds of supplies you could possibly want for your classroom. They also have all the codes for all the schools in the area. You can buy online and get stuff delivered or in store and get it immediately! Teachers get a discount, but I'm not sure if it's area-specific. I would say go to whichever one is closest to your school just in case! read more

I find the Southaven Office Depot very efficient in taking care of our business. However, Office Depot corporate mishandled my Reward Points and I lost several hundred points which would amount to discount dollars lost. I spoke to Office Depot corporate but did not receive much remuneration. read more

Office Depot is pretty much the same no matter where you go. It's great for emergency office supplies and for some small office/home office electronics. The only complaint I have is they rarely have the computer monitors in stock, but they always have plenty of the little papers claiming to have them in stock. read more

I usually have no problems with Office Depot, and usually even order my business supplies with them. After today I willbe rethinking my decision.. I placed an online order for copies to be made for pickup. When I went in to pick up my order that was already paid for the associate did not even acknowledge that I was there... she was helping another customer. I waited for 10 minutes and still she had not made any acknowledgment that I was there. I went over and asked if she could hand me my order since it was just a pick up and already had been paid for. She looked at me and said it's going to be a bit and walked off. When I walked away to get a manager she immediately went to go help the lady who had been standing in line behind me. The LOD (person that they called when I asked for a manager) that they called up pressed a microphone and asked the associate if I needed to come back later for my order and she said that it was just going to be a while before I could get my order picked up. The associates name was Amanda. I will not be using office depot for my print services in the future aand very likely will purchase my new laptop elsewhere as well. read more

If you want your computer cleaned they will do that....by hacking and breaking it. I went in just to have the vents cleaned and they ruined my computer. They destroyed everything they could right down to stripping the screw that opens on bottom. I originally thought they put the wrong battery in and talked to lady manager. They assured me that it was my battery...and I found out later that indeed it was but...They made it to where battery will not come out I was waited on by Terrell but he and the manager told me it was another employee who actually did the work, I never saw him but he hacked into and destroyed my computer. I was refunded my $40 for vent clean but at what cost? For a simple vent clean I lost everything. I went to a reputable computer shop and they confirmed my computer was hacked from Desoto County. I do not live there but was there for business reasons. I never even got online there. I knew about the physical damage done when I got it back but did not know about hacking until a week later when I got back to my home and logged in. Office Depot YOU HAVE A HACKER EMPLOYEE.
