When I call they refused to speak with me. Instead, they hid behind reception and just pass messages through them. Even when I explicitly asked to speak with the individual whom I've paid for services, Deborah Horne, I'm told that that is not possible. Disgusting. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor - find a provider who is willing to treat you like a human.

Dr. Zeller, in particular, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about endocrine care, and he is determined to refine the patient's treatment plan to achieve optimal results. His commitment to his patient's care is unparalleled, and he is truly one of the most brilliant minds in the industry. My daughter sees him for Type 1 Diabetes, and we have learned so much while under his care and also substantially improved her blood glucose range. I understand there have been some staffing issues with Covid that have lead to frustrations with appt setting, longer response wait times, etc., but that is not a reason to give this great practice a bad name- particularly because they have provided such excellent care for years prior to Covid. I would highly recommend Dr Zeller and his team!!

NOTE: Please note that dates for positive reviews are from years past!…read more Just stay away. I would give zero stars if I could. If Peter ever was compassionate, that was before his current burnout. I contacted Peter to begin acupuncture during my third IVF cycle (for male factor). I ignored a few red flags during my early appointments and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I understood he wanted me to give him four months to work with me before my next cycle. However, after consulting two of the top REs in both Chicago and NY (Dr. Catenacci at AFCC Chicago and Dr. Irani at Cornell NY) I made the decision that I would move forward with a cycle in November. While I understood he would be disappointed, I expected him to be professional. I took the time to explain to Peter that in addition to the expert medical opinions I received encouraging me to move forward in November, there were a number of other factors (both personal and financial) that made this timing right for me. Instead, Peter became extremely enraged and aggressive. He informed me that if I moved forward with an IVF cycle in November, I would be unlikely to become pregnant. And accordingly to Peter, if I did, it would not result in a live birth. Then, he went on to share with me the story of a 43 y/o IVF patient of his he saw that day. He shared that he encouraged her to take time off before her next cycle, but she did not (as if 43 y/os have a ton of time..). She then became pregnant with twins. He said he then did not see her for 6 weeks. She then lost the twins at 10 weeks. He blamed her loss on her not keeping up with acupuncture. My reason for seeking acupuncture is in large part stress reduction. I don't need an acupuncturist scaring me to death. While I expect an opinion and advice, he was not professional or compassionate. I will be looking elsewhere.

He listens and adjusts his treatments to help find the solution to the issue I have going on. He has helped me immensely. I am in peri menopause, and he is helping me keep my sanity as I transition into menopause. His staff is amazing as well, Patti and Chris are the best of the best. They always treat me with the utmost consideration and are very kind. I look forward to my visits. I highly recommend Peter Harvey. I have sent so many friends his way!

I got to know everyone working there after my 3 month stint. 3 times a week for 3 months. Luckily it was during the NCAA tournament, so at least we had that to talk about. My therapist was a very nice woman, but she was a slave driver. Unfortunately, that's just what I needed so it worked out well. I was even doing exercises at home just to speed up my release. They were great at scheduling me during times I could be there and very encouraging when I felt like a total wimp. All is good now and I'm happy that I don't have to go there anytime soon. But if I have another injury, that's where I'm headed!

NIGHTMARE/WASTE OF TIME!…read more I was recommended to see Dr. John L. Andreshak, at OAD Ortho/(Warrenville location) by my primary doctor. I was mortified by my whole experience with OAD. I have insurance, this place was in network. On the 1st and only appt, I met with Andreshak who only gave me one option for spine surgery which i need pretty badly. When asked if a fusion was the only thing that could be done to fix my spine, I was told that it was my ONLY option. Later, after several other Dr.'s opinions it was found that there were plenty of other options for my back/spine issue. I have been in a lot of pain over the last few months, and before leaving, Nurse Nancy told me i was getting a prescription for pain medication, and she would send it to a nearby Target location. Once getting to the Target, I was notified by the Pharmacist that the prescription paperwork I had in my hand belonged to someone else!! ? The next day after suffering from my pain, I called OAD several times and they finally returned my call. I was notified by the OAD nurse at that time, that there was no pain medication prescription for me... I just feel that these people are not in the business of treating patients, They're in the business of making money.. I strongly feel i was treated poorly right after I notified OAD to send my information and file to other Orthopedic's for second opinions. Believe me, i'm glad I got a few opinions. After testimonials on spinal fusion, I found that after a 10 year period a secondary fusion is required and possibly a third after that 10 years from the second. I highly recommend getting second opinions in general, but dont think for a minute that doctors like Andreshak know whats best for you, because only you know whats best for you.. If i could give this place negative stars I would. Not an option on this site. A very concerned spine/back patient.
