I recently sold my condo and the buyer chose this office to prepare her paperwork for her, so this…read morewas where the closing took place. Our own seller's attorney was unable to be there so the buyer's attorney ended up representing both sides at the closing. This woman (she didn't even tell us her name) was unbelievably rude and rushed us through the entire thing because they scheduled another closing only 30 minutes after the start of ours (not our fault). She was scoffing, sighing, and shaking her head through the entire thing acting like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Not only was she rude, but she literally kicked us out of the room when we were no longer needed- Because she was in such a rush to get us out of there, she failed to give us a copy of the documents we were supposed to get, and didn't even acknowledge that we were supposed to get another check with additional money we were owed. After we we were kicked out and had time to think everything through, we had to call an hour after the closing ended because they missed it and had to explain to the paralegal why this money was owed to us. If we hadn't called they never would have given us that money back. The check finally comes a week and a half later with the incorrect last name on it, so I had a very hard time cashing it due to the dependency. All in all, we were treated so unprofessionally so I wouldn't recommend this office strictly because of the way we were treated as the "other party" at the closing.

I think I spent more money (and time) on cutting the tubes of metal into pieces that would fit into my car than what I was given. In total I had 450 pounds of metal and 14 pounds of aluminum and walked out with $19.50. I was expecting a little more. However, I will say all the employees were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process.

No word for weeks. We are now THREE MONTHS from when my nearly brand new MacBook AIR with a broken LCD screen was dropped off with personal and financial information on it and now I'm told the price as gone up again to $411 because that's what they paid for the screen. The price has jumped over and over again and I'm still without the laptop. I will be contacting the BBB, small business board in the state of RI and leaving reviews on every website including their Facebook. TERRIBLE business who doesn't care about the customer. They couldn't even honor the price of the repair on good faith. This is a business I hope closes for good. EDIT: No idea why it says San Francisco. I am from Providence, RI and yes, I am reviewing the proper store. Chris and Jon are the owners.
