The friendly staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction for what you need. There's an information desk to the left when you walk in and you can usually ask questions there, if there's no one there the cashiers can help. They do so many different things that I didn't know about - they rent power tools and it's super affordable (I rented a sander for 4 hrs for $10), they repair screen doors, they have garden supplies...the list goes on. Well it seems they're one of the only rentals in the area. they do their job, do not go above and…read morebeyond. They said they'd inform us 24 hours before they'd show up for delivery. They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue.

So I took some time before writing this review. I bought a JCB back hoe from these guys a little…read moreover a year ago. I paid extra for an air-conditioner which come to find out was a retro fit style AC for an old car. IT was meant to mount under the dash of a car, not be installed on the ceiling of a backhoe. I had it shipped to Texas and the moment it arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. Obviously the AC issue, then the paint job they put on it was a joke. The tires were worn...I still believe the pics they sent of the tires were from another machine. The back hoe runs well, however there is some kind of continual short that runs the battery down if its connected. The AC install....OK, they put HOSE CLAMPS on the high pressure lines. Obviously it wont hold a charge. I tried to get Brian to fix it, he just blew me off, he had his money already. I sent $1000 getting the AC working, however its no where nearly strong enough to cool the cab. Bottom line, LOOK ELSEWHERE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. BUYER BEWARE

They were awesome they came to my house right away and they spent a few hours getting cover off ( they ended up cutting it off). They did not charge me a dime and i tried to tip the two guys who came and did it they would not take the money. If I ever need excavation or yard work done they will be 1st ones I call.
