I hadn't known about this place until I happened upon it this past weekend, and, wow! What a pleasant surprise for a pizza joint located in one of the most inconspicuous places in Carrboro - the Willow Creek shopping center - and without any advertising that I can think of ever seeing. I ordered a large Sweet Carolina to try out what these guys are offering, and I actually want to go back very soon for another. I'm not usually like this with pizza, but this place does it right; the dough is a notable stand-out, far and away the best in the Triangle that I've tried, and that's saying a lot. This word is so overused and tired these days, but the pizza actually appeared "artisan" - carefully crafted by hand and the toppings were very fresh and evenly distributed -- totally not what I expected, and for a very inexpensive $12.99! What? Exactly. Maybe I caught them on a slow day, but my Big Three with pizza (Taste, Texture, Appearance) passed with flying colors here. And the guys working the counter and kitchen were friendly, courteous, and generally appreciative of my business, which is also nice to see. Two thumbs up from me! My family and I eat pizza every Friday. After moving to Carrboro in July, we began getting our weekly pizza fix from Papa Johns. It wasn't up to the standards that we were used to. I was hesitant, but decided to give Aidens Pizza a try. Wow! I am glad I did. I have eaten pizza everywhere from Italy to N.Y, and Aidens pizza is by far the best I have ever had! The flavor and quality of ingredients is superior to any other pizza chain. I have never been a crust eater; however, this crust is a soft yummy goodness with a hint of garlic. After two visits, the pizza and customer service is awesome. We have found a new family tradition. If you like pizza, then you will be pleasantly surprised with Aiden's. Fast and friendly service. Great deals that are comparable to big chains (which is helpful when you are feeding a big crowd). Even though we are within Chapel Hill City limits, I have a hard time getting delivery to come out (we are 7 miles from downtown Carrboro). The few places that do (Tarheel Takeout) can take an hour or more and the food is luke-warm by the time they arrive. Aidan's quoted me 30 minutes, arrived in 20, and the pizzas were piping hot. 6 teens devoured 4 pizzas in a matter of minutes, and now I know to order more next time! The crust is very good- not too dry or chewy and with a nice touch of garlic. The Greek Goddess is excellent- fresh spinach and tomatoes. I will definitely be ordering from them again, as my kids have friends over every week and pizza is a staple for our gatherings. The delivery guy was very friendly and professional. read more

We like it! Hey Mikey he likes it! I often find myself stopping by here to grab a few pizzas to take home because I love the hero status it gives me. I like the Sunset Hawaiian pizza a little more than a friend. Bbq and pineapple, who would have thought. My wife goes for the Greek goddess and my daughter keeps it simple with cheese pizza. Both are very good that I've brought the leftovers to work to eat at lunch. Probably my favorite is the Philly cheesesteak pizza. Two great tastes that taste great together. I've never seen this style of pizza before but I dig it. It's the best of both worlds. I haven't tried delivery yet because then I wouldn't get any credit for delivering it myself. read more

My fiance and I found out about Aidan's Pizza through Reddit. We had grown tired of the other pizza places around town and decided to give them a shot. Never again will we go anywhere else. Aidan's Pizza is delicious both fresh and as leftovers. It always looks amazing when we come to pick it up. Aidan's Pizza is the only pizza place that we have consistently gone to. We've gotten the Sweet Carolina specialty pizza and a few random topping combinations; never had a bad thing to say. This really is the best pizza in Carrboro! read more

This place has a rude ass owner literally called my mother a liar about a coupon that they had on their website then he went and seen it and got an attitude that I said it was rude to call her a liar and said he was going to honor it but because I said calling her a liar was rude he's not going to going to honor it because I was "talking shit" he's a terrible owner and needs to reevaluate the way he speaks to customers literally said she was lying about the 30 wings and a two topping pizza for 28$ read more

My family has been ordering from Aidan's for years. The staff has always been exceptional, the food has always been great; improved recently, really. Their main concern has always been delivering delicious and timely food! the staff clearly cares about food safety as I have always seen them wearing masks, constantly washing their hands, and always wearing hairnets or ball caps. awesome family restaurant, emphasis on the family!! keep it up guys! read more

I'm a locksmith so I work crazy hours. Yesterday I was running out of steam and had several mouths to feed. These guys are a godsend. Great pie, and great service. The staff really care about their product and you taste that in every bite. I highly recommend this place. And the prices are awesome as well. Great pizza! I called in a pizza for take-out and was quoted about 15 minutes until it would be ready. When I got there my pizza had just come out of the oven and looked great! Toppings are good and the guys that work there are really nice. All in all, a good local place that I hope does well. read more
