I love to support local businesses, but unfortunately this place has terrible customer service & I would not recommend them at all. They made a mistake on my pick-up order, then kept my teenage daughters waiting for a considerable amount of time to re-make the order. They were then very rude to my daughters. I have been ordering from them weekly for over a year and called to try to see if we could work out the situation. The owner was extremely rude to me as well, and promised me he did not charge me for something that has showed up on my credit card receipt. I cannot recommend supporting a business that treats people this way. read more

Great friendly service on the phone and in person. We told them when we would arrive an the pizzas were right on time coming out of the oven when we stepped in the door. We had a 10+ minute drive home to eat it but it was still hot and delicious. I plan to get a delivery bag from Amazon and keep it even hotter by the time we get home. read more

Great Pizza!!! Crust was crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. (Chewy is good). In other words it had great texture and flavor. Definitely the best crust I have had here. The ingredients were absolutely fresh and toppings were plentiful. If you lived up north, you will appreciate this pizza. You better hurry and eat there before the prices go up. Good pizza (dough and crust are just right and none of the vegetarian ingredients I've had on my pizza tasted like they came out of a jar, can or frozen bag) and very good wings (large, intact, not burnt, moist and available in a variety of ways). Very quick and delicious pizza. We walked in, ordered, and had delicious pizza in 10-15 minutes. The people working there were very friendly and engaged. I would suggest maybe coming up with a couple more vegetarian options, as there were only two (but both awesome!). For people who don't live in the immediate vicinity of Aidan's, it can be a little bit confusing on how to get there, because it is located in a shopping center that is set far back from the road. Very pleased with Aidan's after ordering from them three times, twice for delivery and once for pickup. The crust is very good and the pizzas are made with obvious care. Plus, everyone who works there is extremely friendly and seems very proud of their work (if I remember correctly one of the guys told me they were all family). They pretty consistently forget at least one item in our delivery order. Usually the soda or dessert. The pizza is average, the crust always tastes overcooked (which is why my dog gets it.) BUT, we live a mile beyond where anyone else in town will deliver so.... This place is basically the last resort if we're sick or just don't feel like leaving the house. I had just moved into the area and decided to give it a shot after a night out. The staff is very friendly and very great to talk to-- couldn't help but notice how clean the place is. The food, as others have said, is unreal. the sauce is tangy and flavorful, and the crust is crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Not greasy at all, just really good food. We tried bacon and sausage and you can't beat those toppings in perfect harmony with the pizza. Found my go-to late night dinner spot. read more

We ordered the Greek Goddess and the Garden with Steak pizzas. Would have loved to try one of their meat pizzas but pork was not allowed in the diet on this day. Nonetheless delivery was on time. The pizza in my opinion was average. Not bad but nothing great about the crust, sauce, cheese or ingredients. Was hoping it was as good as the 4.5 start reviews that were on Yelp! When the delivery person showed up, they seemed pretty checked out and ended up giving me the wrong pizza. Didn't realize that until he'd left. At $25 with delivery fee and tip, I've had and made much better pizza. The toppings were okay but the crust was marginal. I probably won't try them again. read more

After reading so many great reviews, I was pretty disappointed. The good: It came on time. I thought the wait was very reasonable on a Friday evening. The not-so-good: I ordered a garden vegetable pizza, so I understand that it doesn't lend itself to extreme amounts of creativity. However, the pizza really didn't have any of that pizazz you hope for when you order something local. It tasted like a Domino's pizza. The woman on the phone was also a bit difficult, but I think that was mostly because of all the noise in the background on her end - she was patient, but communication was difficult. The bad: I thought my pizza tasted off after the first couple of bites. I checked it and discovered that the dough wasn't completely baked. I tried to finish the piece, but the chewy, undercooked flavor killed any chance of me ordering again. It was pretty gross. read more

You cannot find a better deal than their large one topping for $7. Not only is it a deal, it's a mighty fine pizza. Superior to what you might nab from chain competitors when they have some special going. I am a loyal customer because the quality is consistent and it's locally owned and operated and the guys there are super nice. More about the pizza. There is a sweetness to the sauce that's quite delightful. The cheese is generous and gooey. There's a garlic butter brush to the crust that gives it that extra something without going overboard. Quality ingredients. Solid taste. And again, it's consistently good. It may not top some of our pizzerias but it kicks any chains behind any day. excellent new addition to Carrboro. locally owned pizza place for delivery or carry out only. the owner and his two brothers work there and are all super friendly. i am vegetarian so was really happy to see they use FRESH ingredients like mushrooms and spinach. the crust is the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft, chewy on the inside. salads are big, fresh, and made with what seems to be house made dressings. to top it off the prices are great! i got two large specialty pizzas for $20. will definitely go back here. read more

I'm very sad to say that Aidan's appears to have a new owner who is as non-customer service friendly as the previous owners were friendly. I've gone to Aidan's constantly for four years. Definitely once a week and some times as many as three times a week. My son knew the owners well from picking up the food there so much and enjoyed their service as well as their fantastic food. Well the new owners were so horribly rude to me over the phone that I was shocked. I didn't realize I was talking to different owners at first and even said, hey what's going on? You know me. I've been coming to you for four years, why are you treating me this way. He said I'm not that previous owner, I don't know you, and things are different now. I said, wow, I guess I should probably go somewhere else. He said yeah that sounds like a good idea and hung up on me. What a darn shame to have a friendly family place with great food turn into a mess. I'll miss you Aidan's. read more
