I've been here for a pedicure at least a dozen times. Very disappointed with my last visit. It's not the people who work there, but seems to be the quality of the product? I've been getting pedicures for over 25 years (at many different locations) & I've never, ever had nail polish chip right off of my toe nails. Two nails have half the polish missing because it chipped off. For the price of services at the spa & their awesome ratings from Forbes magazine, this leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I'm so disappointed. My husband treated me to a Spa day at Ahsi for Mother's Day and it was amazing. Naturally I wanted him to have the same experience. So since Turning Stone is our Thanksgiving tradition, I booked a massage for him two weeks prior to our stay. When I see him less than 30 minutes later, he's saying the guy never showed up. First of all I wasn't gender specific, secondly I booked way in advance. My husband was asked to come back 2 hours later for 50% off. Unfortunately we have other plans since we are with relatives. I know stuff happens but I really wanted him to have the experience. Oh well I got my full refund. I won't bother to book again. read more

Had a relaxing, wonderful experience at Turning Stone's main spa inside the casino. The whole team there works hard at guest service and attention to comfort, from the front desk to the locker room attendants and massage therapists themselves. My friend and I had two massages scheduled for early afternoon and we arrived to a warm ante room with easy music and appropriate lighting. There are separate locker rooms by gender and Once we were shown into the men's locker room we were given locker keys, plush robes and flip flops by Jerry the attendant, who was courteous and professional. Once changed, we were given free range around the facilities: Hot tub was clean and luxurious with a perfect 104 temperature, and had a bowl of iced towels next to it, perfect for rolling around your neck as you soak. Next up was the sauna, a roomy cedar offering with 8% humidity and 150 degrees. We were the only ones in it and worked up a healthy sweat. The steam room had a funky odor to it and we informed Jerry, who was VERY QUICKLY on top of the situation and remedied it with a smile. Both lockers rooms have access to the resorts indoor pool and co Ed hot tub but we skipped on that for this visit - spa guests can instead use the adults-only pool and fitness center located on the third floor of the tower. My massage was a 50 minute muscle restoration with masseuse Melissa, who was professional and knowledgeable, always asking how the pressure was, and focused on my problem areas around my ankles and feet. The massage table was heated, and the oils she used were aromatic and soothing. The headrest on the table is of a gel like consistency - very supportive! After the massages my friend and I met back in the locker room for the steam room and then rinsed off, ready for a day of poker and blackjack. Those who utilize the spa revive access for the entire day, so as I write this at the poker table, I am looking forward to another soak before dinner time. I highly recommend this spa if you are staying at Turning Stone. Their lodge property has another spa as well, and might be worth checking out. First off I'm gonna say it was so worth the price!! I got the full body massage for $105 & added the aromatherapy for $15 when I first booked the reservation. When I got there I found out they were having a free add on of orange aromatherapy because it was a Halloween weekend special! So they took off the $15 for the aromatherapy :) The whole experience was amazing from start to finish! Before your massage you have access to a separate very clean gender related "locker room"/ waiting room. You get very nice robes and sandals & you're free to roam the place! Before your massage you can go into a hot tub, steam room and sauna. Then 15 mins before your massage you sit and relax in a waiting room with complimentary foods and drinks. Then after your massage you still have access to all the amenities!! FOR THE WHOLE DAY! we were staying at the lodge so we would come back several times during the day!! I'm definitely considering on coming back to this spa for my birthday!! I still can't believe I was able to do all that, all day for only $105!! read more
