Friendly communication, comfort, (including massages when your nails dry and they ask you ahead of time if you want one), good prices for the work they do, if you're unhappy about anything they accommodate, punch cards, free lotions from time to time, I can go on and on! I wanted to add to my review, since I noticed others have mentioned their nails breaking, if you go in and tell them you broke your nail, they fix it for free. They accommodate everything.

We ended up with the one hour pedicure and a regular manicure. Both toe and finger nails with gel finish. This is the first time we have been able to get into the car to leave without ruining our nails! I plan to return to see Dee at least every month now and for me, it is over an hour to get there.

One side was choppy just below my ear and my right side was chopped above, side was completely gone. I WAS AND STILL AM Traumatized, and never going to forget the worst haircut I have EVER HAD.
